A quick update, before I head out with my walker.
My back / leg have improved significantly.
For two weeks I am going to keep probably 25-50% of my normal loads. And of course I am bent over.
I will put my own workouts together - they will be simple with the purpose of just getting me back into a groove. I want to make sure I am good to go before restarting a Meadows Routine or FST 7.

Damn dude stay away from sldl and heavy dl and back sqts. I agree ^^^^^ Go with frt sqts. Nobody does heavy frnt sqts(im close) and its much easier on the low back.
Repeated disc injury can lead to degeration as well. Then u will be fukd. Be safe bro.
