torched the 'ol armbones today compliments of bcazo, tyga tyga and ironflex labs quake. I'll do a full review of the quake sample in the reviews section.

triceps
vbar pd 3 warm up sets of 15, 3 work sets of 10

parallel bar dips 3x20

giant set 3 laps each set till failure; over head rope extensions, 1 arm reverse grip push downs and skull crushers on an ez bar.

biceps
elbow supported db curls 4x10

superset flat bar curls+ez preacher 3xfailure

low pulley ez curls 3xfailure

pump hurts. killin' my pwo shake. gonna shower and go fishing.
 
Same here... cruised that a few years ago.. was fun lol ....sounds delicious less the puddles..

The cook was shooting sake in my mouth while making fun of me for sweating it was freaking hilarious. I almost shot sake out my nose.
 
God I hate pinning quads. My delts need a break and I'll pin Lats next... Pip our the ass in my left leg :-(. Hopefully some heavy md banded leg press cures my pain. Boutta smash my legs. Hard.
Starting week one day one slightly modified mountain dog program.
 
ok so brief run down on the plans for my slight modifications to the mountain dog program. I'm following the leg, chest shoulders, back, and arms to a t. however, i'd like an extra day between hitting my arms and back. i think i'm going to add a day in between back and arms that hits my delts a little more (just like laterals, rear delts and maybe a little front delt work for pump no pressing) and then go crush my arms. i feel like its a solid plan and since i want to put more shape in my delts i dont see how it wouldnt be helpful. on the second shoulder day i'll probably hit calves and abs also. i will be doing occluded calves on my leg day but the full md calf protocol on the middle day.

anyways on to todays lift

RDL/SLDL- he calls for a slight knee bend making it more like a RDL. my heavy sets were 3x6@275

leg press with bands. started at 2 plates with the green bands, worked up to 5 plates and a quarter on each side for my 3x8 work sets.

hack squats. i found my knee wraps. gonna use these to focus on my tear drops. kept my feet low and heels together. 2x6 then a triple drop set of 1x7x7x7. went from 3 plates to two to one.

step ups on a bench with 25lb plates 2x10.

lying leg curl 2x25@100

occluded calf press machine. 1x25, 3x15 with 15 second rests. used the good ol fashioned tourniquets that they use when drawing blood. veins f*ckin' everywhere when i pulled them. it was almost sickening.

no cardio. frankensteining it bad.

I seriously wish I was on anabolics, as I'm having a tough time recovering (day 7 of PCT); this is a mean program. And this is the base program. The Cube Kingpin is supposed to have a considerably greater volume of work. Saving that for the next cycle, if I even try it.

ok lift/cardio updates

chest n shoulders as mr meadows perscribes.

incline hs machine 12,10,8,6. last set was full rack. it was a hs machine with a stack on it, not changable plates.

slight incline db press. meadows says pyramid up but my gym only has 100lb dbs, 4x8..

flat bench 2x15@ 225 may have been a few short on my second set :-D

stretch push ups till fail. i think my first set was around 30 and my second set was half. idk i lose count past 10 since thats how many fingers i've got.

side laterals. slight swing, slight foward lean. 4x8. i used 30's i knew 40 would be too heavy and the 35's werent available. shoulda done a few extra reps but my delts are pretty full

rear delt pec deck. 30@100 2min rest 25@130 2min rest 20@ 150 2min rest 15@160

extra wide grip shoulder press. 3x12 first set was bar second was bar and dimes second was bar dimes and nickles. felt kinda light but meadows says he barely gets 80 on a good day so i figured i wouldnt go much heavier than that.

20 minutes LISS on the bike. chick behind me on the step mill had some nice motivating cans that i could see the reflection of in the tv monitor. kept me pumping them legs hard.
 
Nice workout! I really like the lateral swings and the wide grip presses. I do these quite often. I normally throw these in at the end and super set them with light weight, crazy pumpage!

i love the swings i feel like i get a huge pump. the wide grips are neither here nor there. i like the over and backs and cage presses just as much honestly.

10 wks (6 methyl, the rest dheas). I deloaded for some for the wk or two after my meet. But I'm 9wks out as of this past wknd, so no time for deloads! I forgot the ArA i just started can increase soreness - it's working, I'll tell you that. I felt quite strong last night, but this is also the sorest I've been in a long time.

Woke up in a total state of confusion... Scratched my chest and it f*ckin' hurts?! Haven't had DOMS like this in a minute.

Today's an off day. May go do like 3 hours on the step mill out of pre guilt for what I'm going to eat tonight. It's my sisters birthday and you guessed it. F*cking Italian. Yuck. I can't believe I'm actually growing to dislike it but I know it's so damn bad for me it just doesn't taste that great anymore. I know it weird right?

I do have to fully reel the diet back in. Been keeping at my caloric requirements. Macros may be close but prob not lol. Still actually leaning up but need to get back to looking good. Fluffy and wet from bad carbs. :-/. Seriously about to send the woman packing. Drives me nuts. She asks for help yet every week she's got more garbage at her house to eat and doesn't understand why I get mad. *shrug*

I so know what you mean about the food! My wife brings home all kind of sh!t, it sucks! Everything bad you can think of, she will bring it home. I have just learned not to eat it. Sometimes that doesn't work but I just use portion control like crazy.

I find my cheats less bad when I do eat a little of it. I mean I eat one slice of pizza on a non cheat meal or I eat two larges on an all out cheat. lol
 
My wife is the same. I say I need to really reeling in my diet etc.. she comes home with doritos and all kinds of crap. Hell the kids dont even need that sh*t
 
You guys are so nice! Ain't no crap in my house except for occasionally or on special occasions. We try to save our desserts for when we go out to eat. On the weekend we each get one pint of Ice Cream each on the day I get my free meal, or we go to a frozen yogurt shop. The kids are expected to eat the way we do. Not as strict but healthy food choices. My 10 year old daughter already knows to count her food intake. When she makes her lunch I tell her what a serving for her is and she counts them out many times eating a half a serving because she is a child. So she counts out 12 almonds for her snack and or lowfat cheese and 10-12 pretzels. I think it is awesome she is understanding how to read labels better and is conscious of what she eats. She has my genetics and that means a tendency to gain weight extremely easy!

It took a while but I finally got the wife on board. I think it was when I asked her why she was intentionally trying to give the kids diabetes and if they got it she would be to blame for enabling them to eat that way... Yeah wasn't a happy day at the Tucker household.

My sons on the other hand eat junk all the time but they are adults and they buy it. My son has to hide his junkfood from us and from his little Sister because she will eat all of it if she gets started. So if he buys sweet cereals or Dr Pepper's he has to keep that stuff in his room.

Yeah Manners are important I even call little boys and girls Sir and Ma'am on many occasions. Showing people respect earns you respect so if you want to be respected then you must be respectful.
