Montego an Snagency tag-team with FINAFLEX in the corner

hey snags...whats your take on mass 550 so far....

got mass and stimul8 coming, finally going to try the famous stimul8 and see if it's all that!!! apple blast...

lol.. that's ok. Great thing about that age - is they pick it up so easily!
I was born a damn baseball player...natural talent showed at like 4yrs old
missed my calling there, for sure .. life gets in the way of things, sometimes :sigh:

I remain pretty intrigued by the MASS 550, plans to incorporate it myself in the not too very distant future..
user-feedback-wise tho, not very many ppl have used this specific product yet so nothing to pull any irl data from
Stimul8 of course is just plain fantastic, speaks for itself
let us know your thoughts on these tom! I'd appreciate it

all right weekend wrap-up..
so I got my SAT tennis match in, was beautiful (mid-70s) but rather windy (frustrating, for my second tennis day of the yr out there) and what was supposed to be just a practice match turned into a competitive one....not quite in shape for tennis yet, I dropped 2 of 3 sets (scores were 6-2 straight thru)
then my boy wanted to get out there yesterday, so following a chest session and postWO nutrition, we went down and practiced for awhile before we played a 1-set exhibition match -- which I won 7-5 (was set of streaks: I took a 4-0 lead, kid came back to win 5 straight, before I nailed down the last 3 games to win) .. this made me feel pretty good :)
so, I figured today I wouldn't be at my best for squats, but truth be told I'm feeling pretty damn good, not too sore considering..ready to maul iron!
yeah buddy, let's do it :hammer:

i like how you keep getting thicker and thicker even though your dieting. pretty nice thing for a dude thats pretty tall like you are. good sh8t man

Yeah. I imagine I'll be competing against guys who are quite a bit shorter then myself so thickness is something I gotta have.

yep, looking good mate
posing practice has begun? good - make sure you keep that far side elbow tucked in, squeezed tightly to chest, while simultaneously pushing your chest up & out with that bicep ... then, on the inside of that pose, pull that elbow back as far as you can. again keeping the arm/elbow as close as possible (but not scrunched up - breathe deep and open up the rib cage while sucking in the gut, waist should almost disappear)
that happens to be one of my best poses personally, if you hit that one right can certainly be a powerhouse for you ;)

Set from today's session

Today was chest day. Started with decline since I havent done those in a looooong times.

Incline DB Press ss Incline Band Flys - Four sets of 12-15 reps with 65's keeping motion smooth and making sure constant tension was on upper pecs. Band Flys were done to just short of failure every set.

Flat BB Bench - FST7 with 135lbs. Rep ranges were from 10-15 reps per set with 30 seconds of rest between sets.

Cable Flys - FST7 with 100lbs. Rep ranges were from 10-18 reps per set with 30 seconds of rest between sets.

No calves or abs today since I was running low on time to get the kiddo to school.

sorry, i thought i read in a post that you were using it......

yup, kinda logging it....bps/finaflex log.

I'm not sure what happened, I was subscribed to your log but anyway I'm back in:) BTW Monte, your pics look great man! You said you were 12.5 weeks out right?

How is Finaflex's 1-Alpha and 1-Andro? Not sure if you guys have seen but there's a guy selling quite a few bottles on the auction.

nope, have not seen this...demand has prolly spiked for these, as we have stopped manufacturing them now for awhile
these were both very nice niche products, great for entry-level cycles but also perfect for advanced guys to use in a stack as well..
we will certainly miss them

Yep twelve and a half weeks till dday.

A good intro stack snags?

A good intro stack snags?
nice for some overall modest size gains, good strength gains, yet remaining very mild on body with very little sides potential..easy pct protocol as well

the 1-Andro and 1-Alpha are very versatile compounds on many levels...wonderful to stack with a methylated PH as well, in a more advanced (yet a bit more toxic) stack

I was thinking of stacking it with a pro.

Would you say 2 bottles of each would be best to run?
sounds good to me
these compounds being very mild, they are perfect for the longer-duration cycles (6-8 weeks) versus the 4-week durations
and because of that mild nature, it will take a bit longer, generally speaking, for effects to show (vs say a methylated compound), but the muscle gained on-cycle is more permanent and easier to keep and maintain, than a typical fleeting size/water increase that some methylated products produce

I was thinking of stacking it with a pro.
sure, as mentioned before, a very viable strategy as well

my hammies are howling at me today from yesterday's session... :aargh:
was shoulder smash day for training today, blew them boulders up pretty swell
after running a few days with moderate caloric surplus, now it's back to the deficit side of things in an all-out cut to chisel it all up
I've got a vision in mind of where I want to be in ~5 weeks...time to settle in and dial up the focus

No vids but a new lat pic.......lower back still chubby but better then two weeks ago. God I wish my hips weren't so fukin wide!

Back session

Wide grip pull-ups
Five sets to past failure. Between twenty to twelve reps each set.

Wide Reverse grip pull-ups
Four sets to failure. Between twelve and ten reps each set.

Db rows
Five sets of eight with 120. Squeezing hard on the contraction but no real negative (negatives put a lot of strain on the bicep and that's not what were working on here. By holding contraction longer my grip doesn't fail as quickly and the bicep doesn't incorporate into the lift in the latter reps nearly as much.)

Hammer Strength Lat Pulldown
Four sets of eight to ten reps with 165 per side. Iso lateral movement used here.

Reverse grip t bar rows
Four sets of ten to twelve reps with 165 (back is toast by now)

Stretchers (meadows variation of the straight arm push down)
FST7 with 80lbs

Single arm cable pulldown (focusing on lower lat)
FST7 with 90lbs each side done iso lateral.

Thats a nice back day!!
Back is one of my favorite days.

Was definitely a good one. The gym was packed so I didn't get any Deadlift in since every jerk in there was using a bar for bench press.....And its Tuesday! Wtf!?

Did the world forget to email him that we do chest on Mondays? It's a designated day, and I thought that there were signs everywhere promoting international chest day :)
