Country Makes Insane Gains w/ LG's Natadrol new formula.

I have had a lot less random pain and numbness. Need to keep being proactive and smart with it though.

No updates because I did a Deload bench workout and skipped Friday because of knee pain and just want to rest up. Shoulders feeling well so hopefully some good work this week. Hoping my knee responds to ice and is good to go soon.

Currently resting because of my knee. Body type day today. Strength and body comp feel good. Nothing much else to report. Enjoying the natadrol a lot though. Want to try a dose at 6 next time around so I'm gona pick more up I think.

Warmed up. Band pull aparts. Bar bench. 135x7,7. Stretch, mobility 1st rib mobility, full body stretching. Ice. Knee is feeling better today no pain walking. Shoulder is normal but tight I assume from Mondays bench. Today's session should loosen it up some. That's all. Feeling very withdrawn from training and not happy.

Approximately 2 weeks left.

Will be doing bench tomorrow and see how the shoulder is holding up. Knee is still bugging me a bit... Very disappointing because I'm not pushing myself to get even more out of this stuff.

First day my shoulder really hasn't hurt at all. Knee is still troublesome. I was weak today and down a lot of weight. 194.3 Bench. Bar x15,10,15,10,7. 135x3x10. 225x5,7,8,5,8 Form was blah. Couldn't get my elbows tucked. Did rows, db skulls, and light ham curls and 3x10 BW squats to try and stimulate the knee.

Hopefully the last few weeks of natadrol can help me recover my bench.

On the fence about buying some. Oh how I hope we bring it to Orbit.....we used to carry it, we even still have it under LG as out of stock. Cross your fingers.

I used the OG for 6-8wks & had solid results - first time I was ever bold enough to get under 315. Squat it for 5 reps by the end of the run, coming from like 275. My squats were a mile high back then, but the progression was still obvious - adding weight every week or two before it on 3x5 had stalled for some time, can't imagine why :)

That would be sweet. I'm gona pick some more up once I get these issues under control.

Sorry for the absence, been very busy and out of the gym because of the knee. I'll update soon!

Looks like about a week left.

Maybe some light at the end of this tunnel. Bench. Bw 194.4 clothed. Bench- warm up. Barx3x15. 135x7,7,3. 225x10,10,7. 185x5 135x10 Row setup like BB on cable. 9x12, 12x10,12,15. Db row. 75x10,15,20 Db tri skulls. 30x15,35x15,40x10. Feeling strong on these. Cable tris. 10x10,12,15,15 Knee mobility crap. Lots of stretching. Good day and a real working finally. Decently happy w where the bench is at. Better than last week. My form is awful, weight feels heavy, can't keep the elbows tucked, and overall just weird. I will be doing slow form focused reps from now on and stay at 225 until I get 12-14 reps. And make sure shoulder is good which it is holding up but still little issues. Then move up. Knee is feeling loads better but I don't wana rush in. Still a little iffy. I think problem could be in IT band/TFL glute etc or from leg muscles (aka below knee) like tib anterior that are tight or strained or a compounded issue. Going to continue heating , compression, sleeve etc and get blood flow and movement. Basically fix stuff and try to isolate the issue. Ankle is real noise when dorsiflexed and everted so maybe I have some muscle catching or something like tight tendon/ligament structure. I also feel like my arch is practically gone on the right side so I am going to do some exercises to strengthen intrinsic muscles and basically work on mobility. Never considered foot/ankle mobility to be a big deal before. I think it's something we take for granted a lot.

Natadrol is getting low. I do feel it and plan to run more once I get this knee taken care of at a higher dose (6).

I'll post some end pics here as well as I have gotten leaner and bigger. Or at least I was haha. I definitely think it helped me maintain muscle mass during down time.

Did something like a workout today. Lower/body. Bw 194.2 clothed Db curl 35x7, 45x5,7,7 Band pill aparts 2x20 Bw squat 3x10 Back xtn 200x3x15 Dead 135x3,7,7 Leg press 150x7; 200x15 Pretty decent. Ease back in.

Glad to hear the recovery ship is sailing smooth as it can in its inherently choppy waters. Stay the course like you're doing & don't rush. Empires are built in decades, not days, as you know full well. Awesome the shoulder can tolerate 225 for reps again.

Thanks man. Def a good feeling. I could do a bit more but my form is all to hell and needs some retouching. Light weight is the place for that then move back up.

Todays workout: Speed bench. BW 193.4 (damn)

bench bar- 20,15, 10, 135x7,7,7 with pause, 185x5P, 10, 5P

tri db skulls - 30x15,15, 40x10,10

pull ups (first time in 3 months) 3x10, easy. just watching the shoulder.

leg curls and air squats, felt good.

some light core work.

Tomorrow ill be my last day of natadrol. I will type up a comprehensive of what I liked felt etc soon. Saturday is the first day of trout season in PA so I may not get to it right away but will ASAP. I liked it alot and will be running it again. Bad thing was I have 2-3 pills worth of powder in the bottom of the bottle from the 2 combined. I'll probably shotgun it as a final dose, haha.

Todays work:

1/2 scoop endurate pre, 1 scoop saturate intra.

still loving this stuff. You guys have a winner.

Thanks sir. Gonna run it with a pretty nice caloric surplus, hopefully it will help me gain some strength and put on some decent muscle.
That's the best way. Let me know how you like it. Shoulder was a little grumpy today so saving bench for Thursday and backing down to once a week. Bench- bar. 10,7,10,7, 20,10,10 Row- cable 5x10 at 10 Tri cable push down 10x5x10 Core work Stretch Had a crappy day. Knee feels generally better. I trout fished all day sat and my knee was killing me... Sunday it felt perfect. So weird. Gona keep easing back in.

Finished the natadrol today. Had the weekend off. Half a cap plus a bunch of powder in the bottom I shotgunned. It was a good run and plan to run again at 6x.

I'll write up my progress and what I saw and liked most, and then add some pics soon.

How did the trout fishing go?

It was pretty slow honestly despite the nice weather. Caught and kept 3. Our friend we go with caught a nice 20 inch rainbow. I would have liked to fish a different stream but we go there every year for first day to fish with a few friends.

Yeah it was pretty big. Very thick for even then length though.

IMO 8 pills is still needed. 4 was ok at first than went to 6 and it was a bit better than 4 but when I went to 8 that's where u felt a big difference.

Probably the change of ingredient list on bottle made it the same? Just more cissus I'm assuming.

Still waiting to find out the reason for the ingredient change

alright, so I am done with the natadrol I was selected to log. Here are my thoughts.

Despite facing some injuries during the time I was running it, I had nice PRs on both deads and squat about 4 weeks in, before my knee gave me issues. I have no doubt that trend would have continued. I have maintained a good portion of my bench ability and upper body strength, and I believe natadrol had a part in that.

I only ran it at 4 caps, and have no doubt it would be more potent at 6. I have run the OG at 3,4,6 and 8, and liked 6 the most. I respond very well to the stuff though, so I don't think I see as high of doses as other people. I think that's why I had such good results on just 4 caps of this new version. I could feel an improvement in my workouts and mentality and a drive to workout, and I feel like I recomped and got harder muscle while taking natadrol. As I mentioned, I had nice strength increases which is the main reason I love natadrol and run/use it. As far as I am concerned it delivers exactly what it's supposed to. I was very happy with this run and plan on getting 3 more bottles after my knee issues clear up, and run it at 6 a day. At that point I can give a better comparison as far as dosage and OG vs New.

The biggest thing that happened that impressed me was my squat rep PR. I hit 390x4 on a 1 rep day, and the most weight I had even done up until that point was 385x1. These are unwrapped. I'd done 385x2 wrapped and 405x1 wrapped. To me, this was huge.

I would like to thank LG for this opportunity and for bringing this great product back to market, and if anyone has any specific questions about it, let me know.

Also for anyone curious, zero shut down/ zero PCT neccessary for me, just like it has been in the past.

Good to know that - I would be equally concerned with shutdown (:suspect:) or having a bunch of PCT stuff on hand and not using it ($)

Nice job with the squats especially with all the nagging injuries.

I feel like with 4 more weeks and getting my wraps and new belt on, I would have seen some very nice numbers. Well find out once I get back into the swing of it.

I had used a light PCT in the past and didn't need it. Ran it 2-3 times without a PCT after that. From my understanding there is no reason it should cause shutdown unless you're taking a huge amount or over responding. Like an insane amount. And even then. Eh. It basically works on androgen receptors so you would only see shutdown from them down regulating which obviously shouldn't happen. If anything the body would adapt and the product just become less effective during a substantially long run. At least those are my thoughts.
