I have had a lot less random pain and numbness. Need to keep being proactive and smart with it though.

Good luck with you knee!Currently resting because of my knee. Body type day today. Strength and body comp feel good. Nothing much else to report. Enjoying the natadrol a lot though. Want to try a dose at 6 next time around so I'm gona pick more up I think.

On the fence about buying some. Oh how I hope we bring it to Orbit.....we used to carry it, we even still have it under LG as out of stock. Cross your fingers.
I used the OG for 6-8wks & had solid results - first time I was ever bold enough to get under 315. Squat it for 5 reps by the end of the run, coming from like 275. My squats were a mile high back then, but the progression was still obvious - adding weight every week or two before it on 3x5 had stalled for some time, can't imagine why![]()

Glad to hear the recovery ship is sailing smooth as it can in its inherently choppy waters. Stay the course like you're doing & don't rush. Empires are built in decades, not days, as you know full well. Awesome the shoulder can tolerate 225 for reps again.
That's the best way. Let me know how you like it. Shoulder was a little grumpy today so saving bench for Thursday and backing down to once a week. I trout fished all day sat and my knee was killing me... Sunday it felt perfect. So weird. Gona keep easing back in.Thanks sir. Gonna run it with a pretty nice caloric surplus, hopefully it will help me gain some strength and put on some decent muscle.

IMO 8 pills is still needed. 4 was ok at first than went to 6 and it was a bit better than 4 but when I went to 8 that's where u felt a big difference.
Probably the change of ingredient list on bottle made it the same? Just more cissus I'm assuming.
Still waiting to find out the reason for the ingredient change
Also for anyone curious, zero shut down/ zero PCT neccessary for me, just like it has been in the past.
Nice job with the squats especially with all the nagging injuries.
Good to know that - I would be equally concerned with shutdownsuspect
or having a bunch of PCT stuff on hand and not using it ($)
