Good. Some sore and shoulder mobility. I think it's healing! Better everyday. Squats felt good but on 355 my back just feel apart and I didn't stay tight and that's my fault. I need to work on it.
Feel good so far, My workouts have definitely been strong, form was a little funky today. I think that's close a PR... I will be squatting at a friends gym next week which is like all big PLers and better atmostphere/equiptment so look for a PR.

Thanks man. I iced and mashed it some and feels great now! I'm really happy. I'm prob gona do bar bench Monday and 135 Thursday and judge off if that and make like 50 pound jumps each week to work back in.
Yeah better be cautious than to jump back in too fast & find your shoulder out of order all over again.
Should help you keep your gains, I would start it on like the last week of your cycle so it builds up and starts kicking in the first week of pct. I should be nailing 315 or doubles or triples but instead I'm playing with 135. Lol.

I've run mega dosed cissus before and saw zero results so it's either a synergy of all or? I just know it works and I will definitely see if the new version does as well.
I ran natadrol twice and both times I got stronger than an ox. I really liked the og formula.
nemesis is correct FDA rules state the order on the label be listed by amounts. so even tho you don't get the actual amounts in a prop blend, you can always tell (kinda). this doesn't mean there isn't more of the ingredients tho.. remember it could be more now due to being caplets. capsules can only hold so much product. so with out a side by side comparison cap dose to cap dose, there is nothing to be alarmed about.
as it stands you can only compare apples to oranges here.

Nice man got a log up? Hit another body/chest day. Nothin really notable still healing up. I think the natadrol is kicking in now. Yesterday was squats. Work sets 290x3, 330x3, 370x1,2,3 (tie PR). 405x1(PR) wraps. 315x7 276x8/9. Core work.
Congrats on the PR - PR's on squat & dead always feel like a big deal. I felt so good hitting 449 (belt/sleeves) the other night at the gym; I wanna squat around 455 or so at my first meet this coming saturday. Then today one of the guys at my gym going to that meet hit 615 in training (in belt/wraps) lol. Here I am wishing & praying for 5 plates/side at some point & this dude is working towards 7 lol. It was so cool.

As much as you pull I honestly don't see how you have only got under 405 thus far - I've pulled 565 in the gym @ 218, & squat 465 in gym for comparison (on M1T). The drugs honestly make the programming so much harder; I recommend staying natty as long as possible. I'm still trying to learn how to effectively implement cycles alongside strength programming & peaking for new maxes. Just one more thing to screw up. Especially when Natadrol is back around!
I have the same Si issue, makes squat day kind of depressing!I have some issues with mobility in squats from my SI injury and nerve damage. I am getting it back and it's really helping my squat. Also I have a great build for hip hinge and bad for squats. No excuse though. I think I could hit 430ish right now in wraps going in fresher and hitting everything perfect. I've been making very steady gains on my squat so it's just a matter of time.

That's rough man, glad to hear your getting better!I completely dislocated mine, damaged a nerve, fractured my spine and had some budged disc issues senior year of football. Not a good time. I'm 99% healed today though which I'm thankful for.

I've been on it for two weeks now. Went from 4 pills and currently on 6. 6 is feeling really good. Might be the sweet spot. Next week going for 6 again and see it continues
