Thanks man. Should have had 7. I had it in me but no grip on these bars and I locked out hard once and threw me off balance. My lockout is weak I had 3-4 more off the ground.

Good. Some sore and shoulder mobility. I think it's healing! Better everyday. Squats felt good but on 355 my back just feel apart and I didn't stay tight and that's my fault. I need to work on it.

Feel good so far, My workouts have definitely been strong, form was a little funky today. I think that's close a PR... I will be squatting at a friends gym next week which is like all big PLers and better atmostphere/equiptment so look for a PR.

Thanks man. I iced and mashed it some and feels great now! I'm really happy. I'm prob gona do bar bench Monday and 135 Thursday and judge off if that and make like 50 pound jumps each week to work back in.

Should help you keep your gains, I would start it on like the last week of your cycle so it builds up and starts kicking in the first week of pct.

I should be nailing 315 or doubles or triples but instead I'm playing with 135. Lol.

study on tinospora .. to be honest i think its just cissus going to work after doing more research

The present study was undertaken to assess the effect of dietary supplementation of Tinospora cordifolia on physico-morphological, biochemical, antioxidant profiles and serum testosterone concentration in Muzzafarnagari rams. Twelve rams were randomly divided into two groups, control (n=6) and supplemental (n=6) group. The control group was fed with a diet satisfying NRC recommendations whereas the supplemental group was fed with T. cordifolia at the rate of 1g/kg body weight for 6 months. The semen samples were collected 60 days post-feeding. The result revealed that T. cordifolia supplementation did not have a significant effect on physico-morphological, biochemical attributes of semen and serum testosterone concentrations in rams. The concentration of cholesterol, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase were, however, increased (P<0.05) in seminal plasma. It was concluded that the possible protective effects of T. cordifolia supplementation were enhancing antioxidant enzymes and cholesterol concentrations in semen which may be protected the spermatozoa during cryopreservation and thus enhancing fertility in farm animals.

Androgenic action of Tinospora cordifolia ethanolic extract in prostate cancer cell line LNCaP

AIM OF THE STUDY: Recently, Tinospora cordifolia (TC) was shown to affect prostate growth in rats. It is not known whether this is a direct effect of TC or whether it is induced by altered hormone release. To investigate the actions of TC on the prostate, human LNCaP cells were exposed to an ethanolic extract of TC.
MATERIALS AND METHODS: LNCaP cells were incubated with the test substances for 48 h. Proliferation was measured by MTT test and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) secretion was determined with ELISA.
RESULTS: TC showed a dose-dependent stimulation of proliferation of LNCaP cells. Co-incubation with the anti-androgen flutamide (FLU) reversed the TC-induced stimulation of PSA secretion.
CONCLUSIONS: The reference compound dihydrotestosterone (DHT) caused a significant increase of growth of LNCaP cells. Similarly, TC stimulated proliferation of these prostate cells. The anti-androgen FLU reversed the increase of PSA release caused by either DHT or TC. Thus, we suggest that TC may contain androgenic compounds, which appear to act via androgen receptor (AR).

Antifertility effect of Tinospora cordifolia (Willd.) stem extract in male rats

Oral administration of 70% methanolic extract of T. cordifolia stem to male rats at the dose level of 100 mg/rat/day for 60 days did not cause body weight loss but decreased the weight of testes, epididymis, seminal vesicle and ventral prostate in a significant manner. Sperm motility as well as sperm density were reduced significantly which resulted in reduction of male fertility by 100%. The stem extract brought about an interference with spermatogenesis. The round spermatids were decreased by 73.12%. However, the population of preleptotene and pachytene spermatocytes were decreased by 47.60% and 52.85% respectively, followed by secondary spermatocytes (48.10%). Leydig cell nuclear area and mature Leydig cell numbers were significantly reduced when compared with controls. Serum testosterone levels showed significant reduction after Tinospora extract feeding. Seminiferous tubule diameter, Leydig cell nuclear area as well as cross sectional surface area of Sertoli cells were reduced significantly when compared to controls. Biochemical parameters i.e. protein, sialic acid, glycogen contents of testes decreased significantly. Seminal vesicular fructose also depleted whereas, testicular cholesterol was elevated significantly followed by a reduction in testosterone levels. These results suggested antifertility effects of the stem extract of T. cordifolia in male rats.

Effect of Botanical Immunomodulators on Human CYP3A4 Inhibition: Implications for Concurrent Use as Adjuvants in Cancer Therapy

PURPOS: . Many botanical immunomodulators are used as adjuvants along with cancer chemotherapy. However, information on the impact of concurrent administration of such botanicals on pharmacokinetics of chemotherapy agents is inadequate. This study investigates inhibitory activities of 3 popular botanical adjuvants: ASPARAGUS RACEMOSU: (root aqueous extract; ARE), WITHANIA SOMNIFER: (root aqueous extract; WSE), and TINOSPORA CORDIFOLI: (stem aqueous extract, TCE) on human CYP3A4 isoenzyme, responsible for metabolism of several chemotherapy agents.
EXPERIMENTAL DESIG: . Testosterone 6-β hydroxylation was monitored using high-performance liquid chromatography as an indicator of CYP3A4 catalytic activities. Ketoconazole (positive control) and extracts were studied at their in vivo-relevant concentrations.
RESULT: . TCE showed mild inhibition while no significant inhibitory activities were observed in WSE and ARE. TCE was further fractionated to obtain polar and nonpolar fractions. The nonpolar fraction showed significant CYP3A4 inhibition with IC50 13.06 ± 1.38 µg/mL. Major constituents of nonpolar fraction were identified using HPLC-DAD-MS profiling as berberine, jatrorrhizine, and palmatine, which showed IC50 values as 6.25 ± 0.30, 15.18 ± 1.59, and 15.53 ± 1.89 µg/mL, respectively.
CONCLUSIO: . Our findings suggest that constituents of TCE extract especially protoberberine alkaloids have the potential to interact with cancer chemotherapy agents that are metabolized by CYP3A4 in vivo.

nemesis is correct FDA rules state the order on the label be listed by amounts. so even tho you don't get the actual amounts in a prop blend, you can always tell (kinda). this doesn't mean there isn't more of the ingredients tho.. remember it could be more now due to being caplets. capsules can only hold so much product. so with out a side by side comparison cap dose to cap dose, there is nothing to be alarmed about.
as it stands you can only compare apples to oranges here.
 
Lol natadrol alone needs a mild pct due to androgenic sups

I've never needed one. No reason for suppression either unless you already have an issue. I know they claim it but it really can't and won't do anything to cause suppression. If you have a good strong PCT setup I wouldn't hesitate to add it in.

Things I have noticed so far. Strength and energy is starting to go up. Muscle hardness, leaning out, strength increases in general. I still have a lot of time left. I feel like 4 is a good dose but I feel like 6 will be better. We'll find out.

Congrats on the PR - PR's on squat & dead always feel like a big deal. I felt so good hitting 449 (belt/sleeves) the other night at the gym; I wanna squat around 455 or so at my first meet this coming saturday. Then today one of the guys at my gym going to that meet hit 615 in training (in belt/wraps) lol. Here I am wishing & praying for 5 plates/side at some point & this dude is working towards 7 lol. It was so cool.

Well apparently it's not really his method... I think it's more Dan greens so yeah. Haha. Don't quote me on that. But that's awesome I hope you nail it. I have a lot more in me. To hit 405 at the end of my session when I'm already going into it beat up vs meet scenario and going all out with wraps and a good belt will be a huge change. I should see numbers over 5 within a year now that I have fixed some mechanical things on the squat. Just gona wait for my body to grow.

As much as you pull I honestly don't see how you have only got under 405 thus far - I've pulled 565 in the gym @ 218, & squat 465 in gym for comparison (on M1T). The drugs honestly make the programming so much harder; I recommend staying natty as long as possible. I'm still trying to learn how to effectively implement cycles alongside strength programming & peaking for new maxes. Just one more thing to screw up. Especially when Natadrol is back around!

No excuse though. I think I could hit 430ish right now in wraps going in fresher and hitting everything perfect. I've been making very steady gains on my squat so it's just a matter of time.

I completely dislocated mine, damaged a nerve, fractured my spine and had some budged disc issues senior year of football. Not a good time. I'm 99% healed today though which I'm thankful for.

Well guys hit bench up to 185x7 today so far so good on shoulder. Some iffy feeling since squats Friday but nothing bad.
 
Today I literally felt terrible. No energy, no motivation, tired, weight felt heavy,etc. I came into the gym with a bad mindset but ended up making a decent day out of it.

I've been on it for two weeks now. Went from 4 pills and currently on 6. 6 is feeling really good. Might be the sweet spot. Next week going for 6 again and see it continues

I would dose 5or 6. At 4 I am seeing steady strength and recomp and weight gain even though I dialed my intake back.

No I have 2 just started into my second. I was trying to stretch it out so I could actually get back to benching while on it. I want another bottle but at 34 bucks I'm iffy. 3 or 68 though is better but I don't really need 3 more.

This week is Deload week. Hit bench up to 225x3. Shoulder is feeling good so far. Today I did deads and did some speed sets at 124,225 and 315. Felt good. Was getting comfortable with the new belt in the deadlift.

Natadrol seems to be working well for me. Still gota decide if I am extending this or not. I might go to 6 work days 4 rest days. Wish I could get 1 bottle for like 20. I don't need the whole stack but not paying for 1 @37.

Thanks dude. Yeah it's coming along. Still being conservative and want to heal completely not just enough to so X amount of pounds ya know. So a few more weeks...
