Unless you're like me, where NO day is calf day lol. I haven't trained calves in over a year, at least - they got so big I felt bad for all the chicken legs at my gym. Just started working them in again, 1 day/wk (it's mandatory in my program & probably a good idea). But it's all about genetics & goals.

Same here. Developed them from years of playing basketball. Never isolated them for training.
 
Since I didn't get legs in yesterday I'm about to go light em up. Thinking high rep ranges this week. Should be fun.
 
I'm not blinded by the white! Much more gentle on the eyes! Improvements are coming on quick man. Gonna be looking good come show time.

I guess I need to update my supps for those wondering......some things have changed a tad.

Stimul8, Crea-Trona, Max Pump and Hemavol pre workout with 1 scoop Blue Ras BCAA/SAA.

Glycophuse and Syntha6 isolate post training.

Alc/Cla three times a day at two caps (started this last week)

Px Black two caps twice a day. Might rotate back and fourth to PX WHITE on the days I work at midnight for the stay awake effect.

Active Multi ED with first meal.

Also I've been using ElastiJoint a couple weeks now too.

No ph or SARMs or eca or clean or anything of the sort besides my TRT right now as well.

Leg training went something like dis

Squats
Sets of twelve ramping up to 255x12 eight sets total

Leg press feet low and close
Four sets of twelve with ten plates

Leg press feet mid platform and shoulder width
Four sets if twelve with 16 plates
Four drop sets down to eight plates

Leg press feet high and close
Four sets of twelve with eight plates

Stiff leg deads with db
Four sets of twelve with eightys

Lying leg curls
Sets of ten working up to 200 for a set of eight then fifteen partial reps after failure

Limp to locker room

Both of you guys are looking great! Snags, you are looking fuller & your huge traps somehow seem like they've managed to outdo themselves! Monte, things are really coming together well. If you're not cycling anything atm, I can't imagine how great vascularity is gonna be as fat continues to peel away once you go on again. People are gonna see you day of comp & wish they had tried harder with their conditioning.

Let's see these calves....

They look like calves. Like the kind of calves you see on someone that's 5'10" 210lbs @ maybe 17% bf that squats heavy every week.

So I've been hitting the tanning bed for eight minutes each time the last week and a half or so. Since I was still extremely white I decided to go for twelve yesterday.....WRONG! Burnt! Mother of whey protein isolate. I also have two vertical tan lines that run from my back down my legs where the bulbs are separated in the bed. Ugggh.

I was tiring of the dry turkey, so I splurged this meal and had honey mustard on one half and ketchup/mustard on the other half .. both were nice change of pace, pretty tasty

Sounds like the place u r tanning at needs to replace their bulbs in their tanning beds...
We've had that happen in our gym too..
Those vertical tan lines should not b happening....
 
Stand up tanning beds. That is the correct answer. No white armpits or glute cheek crack dat way!

Yeah it's an extra forty a month to get into those at the place I go. Bleeeh. I lay on my sides to get those tanned lol.

$40 a month more? WTF??? Around here it's MAYBE $5 a month more. A lot are the same price. Can you get just minute packages? You don't need to be in a stand up bed for as long as a lay down(usually. depending on the beds). Might be a cheaper option if you only have to be in a stand up for 5-7 minutes rather than a laydown for 8-12.

Yeah, but I live in Redneck Red Deer. Big oil money. Lol. I have dealt with Can Tan out of Vancouver many a times. They are Canada's biggest Tanning bed and accessory supplier. They told me that Red Deer has a 22% higher user usage of tanning beds than anywhere else in Canada. A town of 100,000 people and we have 40+ places to go and tan. Heck, some of my clients even have their own commercial tanning beds in their homes. It blows my mind.

2 stand ups, n a few of the super beds( which r nice, cause u have a lot of room... )...
If I do the lay down I switch from back to stomach n a couple of times a month I will smooth it out with a stand up session......
 
Steve the bulk is coming on like gang busters! Montana you are of course kicking ass too, the changes from last week are pretty damn significant.
 
Worked till midnight last night and got to sleep around 230.

Trying to adapt to this new schedule so I tried this approach today since I work at midnight to 8am.

Woke up and had first meal.

Dropped kid off at school.

Trained.

Post workout shake.

Ran a couple errands.

Full scoop of G8.

Tossed and turned with not much sleep for about five hours.

Got up and did thirty minutes of cardio (i assume it would be fasted at this point).

Sipping BCAA/SAA for a while and will resume feeding in about twenty minutes.

This should spread my remaining meals out enough over the next fourteen hours to keep me feed. After work I'm going to watch my son play a double header so hopefully I'm not miserable the entire time. That's what PX WHITE is for tough :)

Woke up around seven thirty tonight and got my cardio knocked out. Followed that up with some Apple Fusion BCAA/SAA and ate my first meal about thirty minutes after that.

Weight was 208 (that's down 26 lbs from my peak) when I woke up so it's still falling off. Probably a little lighter then it would normally be since I was up until almost one watching my son's baseball team get crushed in two games.

Heading into work now and will probably get in a night time workout depending on how I feel. Shoulders are a tad sore today. FST7 to start the workout yesterday seemed to do the trick.
