Damn Montana.. looking huge. But why looking so sad?

His coach beats him. He keeps him chained in his basement 22 hours a day and only let's him out to lift. He eats his 7 meals in the dark. I'd have sad eyes too. Lmao
 
Today was international chest day and since I missed my normal chest day yesterday I made up.

Rotator cuff exercises to warm up followed by two forty five second stretches with heavy dumbbells.

Flat bench
Worked up using reps of eight to 295

Incline Db press ss incline band flys
Focused on TUT on the db press so only worked up to eightys for five sets of ten. Bands flys were immediately after pressing going to failure while holding contraction for a three count.

Hammer Strength inner chest press
Four sets of ten with 180 focusing on TUT again here.

Cable flys bringing hands high near the collar bone to isolate the upper chest
FST7

Dats it. Dat was enough lol.

very interesting to see this day by day transformation...i have saw vids and pics of pro bb's in off season fat and out of shape and then a few pics getting contest ready, but never a day by day account.

nice testament to the dedication and commitment required to obtain success in this sport!!!

yup, monte gonna be a hyooge yet shredded to the gills LHW, me thinx..
really doesn't matter where he comes in weight-wise, so long as he takes care of his business
but all in all, I think for first show he would be mentally better competing in top weight of LHW division versus lowest weight in HW division
we'll see how things play out, but like I said this should be looked at as a plus, nothing less

Wednesday and Thursday 4p.m.to midnight
Friday and Saturday midnight to 8a.m.

Double edged sword...I'll have a chance to get my mid day workouts in again but sleep and meals are going to be all over the place for a bit until I get it ironed out. Poo

Easy there "work from home".

Yeah I'm in the yard so I'm home every day. I COULD be on call if I wanted but the life style is awful. This schedule allows me to go to my son's baseball games and practices so it's a sacrifice I made but it still sucks lol.

cals have been brought down lately but I've been swinging back & forth between slightly below maintenance and +500 maintenance, guiding the tightening process slowly while milking dietary consumption for as much fresh new lean muscle as possible..

I think you meant to put 1.5 scoop BCAA/SAA but you typed 1.5 scoop blue ras stimul8

Co worker who I have been helping out wanted to lift today and since I had a safety meeting anyways I came to Houston a bit early to train.

Did chest again even though it was my scheduled leg day because he has been asking for pointers and such. Had a good session and finished it off with some triceps stuff since he was asking about that as well.

He was hurting about half way through the workout but did good and finished the lifts.

Contemplating going in this afternoon and still getting my leg session in. Will probably do that depending on when the meeting is over.

a slight adjustment in the base part of Phase II -- compound was increased a smidge :woohoo:
feeling pretty righteous this week, everything coming together like gangbusters
time to widen the back, gonna smash iron to some Skinny Puppy today

Yeah Saturday and Sunday mornings Ill be getting off around eight in the morning :/

Probably won't be the best time to train after being up during sleepy time.
 
E'ry day is calf day, regardless of what muscle group you are training that day.

Unless you're like me, where NO day is calf day lol. I haven't trained calves in over a year, at least - they got so big I felt bad for all the chicken legs at my gym. Just started working them in again, 1 day/wk (it's mandatory in my program & probably a good idea). But it's all about genetics & goals.
