The Resident Pencil Neck's Cycle Log

Subbed. I'm looking at running a similar cycle in May/June.

Today I definitely felt stronger in absolutely every way. I'm appear to be more vascular. I don't really look bigger but the scale has once again moved and i'm up to 163 I am in a constant good mood but feel dominant in my surroundings. Really getting stoked for week two when this kicks in.

today I did 27 consecutive pull ups which is up 7 from max when I started running this cycle like a week ago so it looks like i'll surpass my 35 personal record from before my injury. No back pumps or anything just feel like a monster and can always squeeze out one more solid rep of anything

Sounds awesome:)

Alright so the epi seems to be in full gear now. My weight has stayed about the same since my last weight gains but I feel much stronger and aggressive. No real lethargy other than towards the end of the day where I am uncharacteristically tired but it's not making any changes in my performance or day to day life.

I've added my weighted vest to every set of body weight exercises now and can notice the strength increases almost immediately. Not very good at this review sh!t

You're good enough at this! If you feel stronger, it's definitely a good sign :) Keep it up, buddy!

I'm not light I'm you are just dense.
Nice one... I bet you don't even remember saying it... & Welcome to quote editing 101!

Awesome progress man that is great! One of my female friends just got up to 44 reps on wide grip pull ups. Talk about feeling like a biatch! She is easily 150-155 too not like she is a light weight. She is a physique competitor so all muscle.

Yeah I'm a bigger fan of body weight exercises because it lets you do cool **** like the human flag and such rather than just being able to pick up reallllly heavy stuff and put it right back down lol

Wait, she does 44 reps in one set? Like strict form?

If you've never seen a man do 30 perfect pull-ups then you haven't watched many YouTube videos lately. Bartendaz, Barstarzz, Highlandaz, calisthenic kingz, Harlem Sealz and many more....

yeah when body weight training is your style 30 is a very reasonable goal.

sorry about the lack of updates i've been super ****ing busy but now that this cycle is in full effect i'm sitting at a comfortable 166 but very lean and the strength gains have been absolutely through the roof. I've been looking into buying a weight belt because my vest just doesn't feel like enough now on things like dips/push ups/box jumps

no real lethargy yet not really noticing anything negative thus far other than being super super tired when i first wake up but after i get going it goes away but sometimes it can be an absolute bitch trying to wake up but not sure if its the epi or just being so busy lately.

Get a heavier vest; I imagine my 88 lb xvest would be enough for you.

Ok 30 perfect form pullups are not quick pullups. I'm talking pull up lower your body controlled do a dead hang that's one rep. 30 perfect form pull ups would take about 150 seconds. Not an easy task for anyone

bro where did you get an 88 lb vest I must have.

Bro 30 pull ups from a dead hang is almost a bare minimum to be a rock climber i don't know why other peoples strength is unreasonable to you

30 pull-ups isn't that hard. I can do that easily. Never tested how many I can do but I did 30 at one of those festivals where the marines had a station to get a free t-shirt before. I can do 15-20 pull-ups and 5-8 muscle-ups with the 88 lb vest on.

Lol ya bud you got some work to do, but you can do it. Honestly I think If your diet is on point you could get looking pretty good in 2-3 cycles.
-at least you can admit its scrawny ;)

yeah i'm on the tren/epi portion of the cycle now and so far i don't notice any adverse affects my joints do feel a little odd but nothing painful yet.

alright update time guys. I'm down to 163 but I'm looking pretty muscular in comparison to how I was. my joints hurt almost constantly now and I'm not entirely sure how to combat it currently so advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm now using a weighted belt that weighs 15lbs in addition to my 40lb vest for dips and push ups my grip strength feels like i could crush a bowling ball and my core has never felt stronger

Do you have any joint support supps? MSM, glucosamine, cissus? If you don't have any of them, I'd recommend to buy them. They will help.

You could try to up your fish oil dose too and if it doesn't help, drop AR1MACARE PRO to 3 caps/day.

I've got fish oil but i've only been taking one. I'll buy all of those supps today. any recommended dosing? are they powders or pills

I'd recommend to take at least 5, even 10 grams of fish oil daily.

You can find them in both capsule and powder form. Follow instructions in the bottles.

Antaeus Achilles is a great option too, and so is E-Pharm Joint Force.

Def check out SNS cissus. Will help out greatly. Also gotta get that fish oil like said above, I take a glucosamine with msm tab every morning to.
I have seen noticeable results.

STRONG PROMOTION IN THAT THERE POST. what is msm.

So far guys I don't really feel any mood changes just joint pain and and I can't really seem to get sore. I don't know what i'm weighing as my scale ran out of batteries but I'm visibly running very dry there isn't a muscle on my body that doesn't look like it wasn't carved out of stone right now

Messer, I can't do anything weak. But really, I believe it would help. :) post progress pics soon!

what does it do dip**** lol

what does it do dip**** lol

I was thinking more on the lines of I tell you the name, you do the research but hey, why not take the time to help the guy who just called me a dip**** ;) jk
It literally has dozens of different things its used to treat, many of which do not have adequate evidence supporting the fact it actually does anything (such as the claim it helps with flexibility and mobility). I take it because its included in my glucosamine, and the combo of those with the other products I listed is golden for joint issues. But look up msm and get some more info on it because I'm certainty no expert on the stuff, I have more import things to use my time to research lol
How about them progress pics? Idk about everyone else but in dying to see messer "carved out of stone" ;) I'm carved out of marshmallows at the moment. Jk

well as scrawny as i am with my body fat having melted away all my muscle is tight and dry u jelly. i'll take pics this weekend cuz i'll be tan after working on a farm all week

you should do the research for me anyways since you're repping a company that sells it so you can let me know why i need it with the science magic stuff
