I sleep with no sheets, fan blasting in a 50 degree room and soak the fuk out of my bed still. It was worse eating 4500+ calories. I was really a furnace then

I didn't want to break my $10 screens removing them. They are worth more than her life. I just used the ruined sheets, threw her in the dumpster and the trash guy hooked me up for $20 and a bottle of Tren. That's some cheap hooker disposal service

Haven't you guys seen Dexter? First you make a kill room completely covered in plastic, after the deed is done you cut them up in smaller parts and double wrap in garbage bags with some heavier rocks...dispose in the main ocean channel. I live on the Mississippi so that would be my go to.

I just finished Dexter about a month ago and no show has ever had me into it like that. Just awesome from start to finish.

I tried starting this after dexter but it was just so slow I only made it two ep in and was bored.

Heard shameless is awesome tho too.

I highly suggest that you give it a couple more episodes...once it starts going, it doesn't let up. You'll thank me for it, TRUST me!
 
So I'm noticing that my nips are looking a little puffy. I don't have any lumps or anything and you probably wouldn't be able to notice it if you weren't one to be extremely critical of yourself, but it's definitely noticeable to me. Especially when I flex, you can see where the muscle indents at the nipple and where it should be laying flat, but instead it protrudes slightly. I suppose it could just be body fat...but I've never noticed it before so naturally it bugs me.

I'm going to increase my dose of prami to .4 and exem to .25...see if that helps.

I've read all the GoT books (to date) and I must say it's truly badass! Spartacus is by far one of the best shows I've ever seen. Sucks that the main dude had to die of cancer though...fûcked up.

Yeah after checking it again just now I can still notice the puffiness. Nips aren't tender at all, no lumps, just the slight puffiness. Going to increase prami to .6 tonight.
 
I'm going to try the DB reverse grip press

I love it...really targets the front delt. Hardest part is not letting your hands twist in, so you'll do lighter weight than you can actually press just to keep the palms in. My focus is just to push elbows up while squeezing the inner weights of the DBs toward my face...without dropping them.

I wouldn't worry about that puffiness too much man. I stay puffy on cycle and it goes away when I cruise. It's just from running a lot of gear. My bloods check out and hormones will be fine but I notice a slight "puff" while blasting. Just keep an eye out for tenderness
 
Today was back day and my main focus was to keep the specific muscle being worked activated through the full range of motion with a hard flex. Let's just say I walked out of the gym with my entire back just tingling, shoulders were being pulled back and arms were flared slightly (no I wasn't trying to look macho, but I bet I fûcking DID!)

I've been noticing that my lat development looks significantly more defined on my right side as opposed to me left. Anyone else seeing this too? I may need to start doing single arm lat work.
