I like that the weight is light enough on the axle cleans that you didn't have to continental clean it. Is that the comp weight?
For the "stone" load, don't stand up before lapping it. I doubt you'll be able to do that with a real stone, but I still wouldn't practice it that way. Just get it up high enough to sit back into the lap position, and with a real stone you'll have to hold it higher when you come out of the lap.
Farmers look good, but personally, I like to wear a belt on them.
Felt good, I used the widest grip available on the Rogue bar. The touch was a little weird as it would want to bobble a little on the chest as the rear touched first, then the front if I let it.Swiss bar, eh? Whaddya think?

Got in trouble for "dropping" the bar on deadlifts, no that's what it sounds like when you lower anything heavier than 225. Had to use all my energy going stealth mode on the eccentric.

Just 50-60% 5x3 on the competition lifts typically, blood flow accessory work, then 2 full days off before the event day.
