It's TRENbelievable! 1ifeblood's tren cycle

I never had any PIP from my tren/prop cycles. My Test Prop alone one however was a different animal... I was stiff and sore for days. Could have partially been the virgin muscles but still after 4 weeks it was rough. Kill this!

Prop usually gives some pretty bad PiP as the propionic acid in the ester crystallizes inside the muscle. It wouldn't have been as bad when stacked with tren as it would've been diluted more with the oil from tren.

I wasn't sure if it was a gay joke... But I'm pretty sure he got you.

You don't swab the spot on you with alcohol pre pin? No aspirating? (Not a trick question I don't bother). You use 23 everywhere? What sites aside from quads? Yes I'm asking a lot out of curiosity. I won't touch my quads... Never. Don't matter how much I put in pip is stupid, and veins and nerves are far too plentiful. I shoot biceps and triceps with 29g slin pins. Delts with 25 1" glutes and Lats with 23 1.5 so I can push faster due to awkward positioning.

Yes, I believe he did too.

I absolutely swab the injection point with a separate swab AND aspirate every time. I just pull enough to get one bubble, if it's clear I'm gtg. Last night was my first time pinning the quad. I went extra slow to make sure I didn't hit anything I want supposed to. It was actually a piece of cake...didn't feel a thing!

Thinking I'm going to stick with my 20/50 ratio and drop my test as I bump the tren up. I actually think it makes more sense to do it that way. Any thoughts?

I did 20 and 25 on alternating days... never changed as i went from 50-70 with the tren and I actually felt better at the higher doses (less lethargy)

The amount was much lower as well (150mg/inj vs 20-25mg/inj) so there was less to crystalize

I'm actually glad I decided to pin ed because I was so freaking anxious to pin again last night, it would've sucked to have to wait a WHOLE other day. Lol

Last night I miscalculated my prami dose, thought it was .2 bit ended up being .4 (2mg/ml not 1). Anyway, no issues...slept like a baby. But I'm going to still drop it down to .2 unless signs tell me otherwise.

Lol wait till it really kicks and that last set is 50lbs heavier and feels just as easy

Yeah not everyone can be as not blessed as I am In the genital department. I'm like the short dude that juices. My muscles make up for my shorter stature lol
Again please refer to Superbeast668's disclaimer in his own signature before believing the hype...

After that last meal...my ears are burning lol
He he did get it into your port after all. Next time wear ear muffs and he won't pull so hard on your ears...

I'm not exactly sure how to follow up with those last few posts...

Um...

So I'm gonna be shooting some juice into my ass here pretty soon. I'll let ya know how it goes.

As if you weren't watching.

So today was shoulders. Which in case you didn't notice, I'm changing up my workout a bit. It's a 5 day split instead of 4 so everything can get some undivided attention. I can say I've never focused so much on my shoulders like I did today. Felt great! But I'm gonna be sore as fûck tomorrow!

WORKOUT - SHOULDERS
Standing Military Press
95x5
115x5
115x4
105x5
105x5
(I think I was having a confidence issue because I haven't done these for so long.)

DB Power Partials (30-60s rests)
30x8
40x8
35x8
30x8
30x8
30x8
30x8
30x8
(These are similar to lateral raises but arms are bent, lifting with the elbows, and keeping the weights slightly in front)

Machine Lateral Raise (4-2-4)
20x12x3

DB Reverse-grip Shoulder Press (30-60s rest)
30x8x8

Cable Front Raise (4-2-4)
20x12x3

DB Bent Over Reverse Fly (30-60s rest)
20x8
25x8x7

Machine Reverse Fly (4-2-4)
40x12
50x12
50x12

DB Shrugs
80x10>60x10>40x20

And that's all folks!

Great shoulder workout! I bet they were fried!

Definitely fried...when I'm already sore only a few hours after my workout, I know I got them good!

The only time I've ever been able to get my shoulders sore after a workout was the first time I did them ha. Usually its just a fatigued feeling by the nest day

Do those power partials seem to be easier on your shoulder joints or do you just like them?

I've never had problems with joints but it does let you sling a little more weight than if you were doing straight lateral raises. I can see how it would be easier on the joints though.

Okay, I'll admit it...I'm addicted to pinning.

Lol

Pinned left delt 20/50
Prami .2
Exem 25

I love how the prami just knocks me out. Night night!

Partials provide the ultimate pump. Constant tension and movement. I get weird as looks every time I do them lol.

Have you noticed anything out of the ordinary yet? Not just in the gym but in general.

I heat up significantly after eating, especially in the face. Today was my first time I felt winded in the gym but I practiced my breathing exercises between sets to calm my heart rate down and catch my breath. Once I caught my "second wind", I was unstoppable! No changes sexually...still horny as ever (which, being a Scorpio, is quite a bit lol). I'm also finding that my appetite never really feels satisfied. About an hour after a meal I'm read to kill more food. Getting my 2900 clean calories in is not so hard. No restless nights, in fact 10 min after I dose the prami, I'm ready to crash. I've been falling into a deep sleep by 930 every night this week, which says something, because normally I can lay in bed for half an hour before finally falling asleep...and I never attempt to go to sleep before 1030 normally. Of course the intense amount of work I'm doing in the gym might be helping with that. But there's no doubt that the prami helps put me into a sleepy state.

Lol! Sounds about right. All I can say right now is keep up on your cardio and don't eat too many carbs in one sitting. I can't wait to see what happens in a couple of weeks from now.

Today was another great day in the gym! Admittedly, I'm sore as fûck ALL over! Muscles I didn't even know I had are sore! But I got to the gym today knowing that I had to have a killer back day, and I certainly did!

WORKOUT
Deadlift
225x5
275x5
315x2
315x2
315x3
315x1
(I had at least 5 reps on each of those 315 sets but my grip kept failing and I didn't have any straps. So after I did the last set I waited a few seconds and got one more...I know I can do a lot more!)

DB One Arm Row (30-60s rests)
70x8
80x8x7

HS Reverse Grip Iso Row (4-2-4)
90x12x3

Close Grip Reverse Lat PD (30-60s rests)
160x8
160x8
160x6
140x6
(My forearms were shot! So I finished with...)
Cable Straight Arm Pushdown
100x8
110x8
120x8
120x8

Wide Grip Lat PD (4-2-4)
60x12
70x12
70x12

V bar PD
80x20>50x50

I will probably rotate my back days between doing DB rows after deads and doing reverse grip PDs after deads every other session. On the days that I do DB Rows, I'll do the straight arm PDs to give my forearms a break...at least until I can get them caught up. But regardless, I can say that I've never had a back pump like I did after my work out today...and, yes...I took pics! :-)

No vicious night sweats yet?!

Nope! But it has always taken a lot to make me sweat. I remember when I worked in the Wal-Mart warehouse, in the dead heat of summer, I would be throwing heavy ass shît all day and when everyone else was literally dripping with sweat...I was mostly just damp lol. And I was consistently in the top 3 for unit count so I wasn't slacking. But who knows...I haven't even put in a full week yet. There's still plenty off time for sides to manifest. :-)

Mine seem to hit hard about week 3 and last through PCT... enjoy your dry nights while they last haha

Lol I'm 3 weeks in on enan, sweats started lightly last night. I've caught the woman kicking the blanket off her from my heat a few times

That happens a lot already. We start off cuddling but after a few minutes she's rolling away from and kicking the covers off. She's always like, "God you're like a furnace!"

Definite surges of aggression...whew!

Looking good in here buddy.

First week of this cycle is complete! Well my time in the gym for this week is. But as intense as this workout has been, and as extremely fûcking sore it has gotten me, I got through it all without cutting it short or skipping any exercises. This is by far the most intense workout I've done, and I'm loving it!

Today was arms and abs. I can't remember the last time I spent a whole workout day targeting arms but I have to say it was fun!

Close Grip Bench Press
185x4

Sorry I was pretty shaky so couldn't get a clear shot.

Question for those who have ran Tren Ace...how long did it take before you saw changes in bf? I just want to know when I should be expecting specific changes so I know if/when I need to adjust calories/macros.

I have knowledge of tren, but not that particular version..
in any event, I would just say keep rolling with what the plan is, stay very consistent, and see what develops
the daily or every-other-day noodz are helpful for you in making these decisions as well
adjust as you go -- do not force things
relax, and enjoy it

Cool snags, thanks! Your opinion means a lot!
