caz and tygas ongoing log.. and w/e we decide to use.

I told you brothers from another mother!!! Have u tried them yet the barbecue sauce is pretty good for not having anything to it

Yea, I've been using them for the past two weeks lol. He did, however take my cheese sprinkles away from me... :(

Guys check this stuff from walden farms it's got zero everything except for a low amount of sodium. Helping me meet my daily goals. They make salad dressing and mayo too!! Invalid Link Removed
So the BBQ is good too? I have had salad dressing, the chocolate and the caramel syrups and they are good but hadn't tried the bbq sauce I need this for my meats! Sometimes they are just hard to get down...

Think positive....you'll be one lean freak in no time;)

No doubt!

Okay Caz lets see a before pic so we can see how much progress you make during your photo shoot prep.

The BBQ sauce is very good makes eating all this chicken much easier. I need to man scape this weekend and pics are coming :)

The Hickory smoked is awesome if you haven't tried it.

Do not try the pasta sauces they are just bad lol.

Like all the syrups and dressings.

Apple butter spread is good too, I throw it on waffles or strait into oats

Yeah and Walden Farms stuff actually tastes good too.

to add on the walden farms: i love their tomato & basil pizza/pasta sauce on some p28 flatbreads for pizza. i like the taste better than most healthy, low calorie sauces. also costs half the price. their caramel and chocolate syrups on some protein waffles... i cream everytime

Welcome!

I was thinking of getting the chocolate syrup for my waffles.. But the standard syrup is delicious! Better than regular syrup (I think, anyhow)

yeah its good. i've had their caramel, choco, tomato & basil pasta sauce, garlic & herb (On toasted ezekial for some garlic bread), and strawberry syrup mixed with almond milk. their barbecue sauces, all three, are delicious too not a fan of their blueberry syrup, that's the only one i havent liked

Yea I made the mistake of buying the blueberry syrup. It's a lot more runnier than the regular syrup. Turns my waffles into mush.

I always avoided Walden Farms because I figured it would be just a ton of chemicals but they actually don't look too bad minus some splenda and stuff. I will have to check it out. Any recommendations besides the bbq sauce?

Bet that didn't stop you from smashing them!
sho dit-ent

First ingredient is filtered water lol I'm going to grab the chocolate syrup this weekend for my waffles. The honey Dijon mustard is good, pancake syrup (plain not blueberry, is good) original BBQ sauce is good and the cinnamon raisin pb is good ON SOMETHING, alone it tastes like trash
You know he did!!! Lol
"smokeys voice* (from Friday) youuuu know this mannnnnn

Fast metabolism?

I never thought so but it seems that I have not been eating enough.. My coach has me on 2600 cals, 300g protein, 250 carbs, fats under 40. I we expected this to be a lean bulk for 2 weeks, either way I'm liking what I see already.

Tellin ya man..the age old secret is low fat diet for gettin shredded without losing the lean mass. Its funny too because the rest of the world gets so passionate about their fats like they cant let go of em or something lol. 10-15% dietary fats with bunches of fiber, protein and MCT makes for a heck of a cutter.

Your coach sounds like a smart man ;)

After using both ckd and highish carbs and pro with low fat, I feel like the high protein and carbs was the way to go. I maintained strength through out the high carbs, gained mass and still shredded up.

I can see that now just in the short amount of time, I'm actually stuffed by my 4th meal and have to force the rest down so I'm not hungey... I've put 100% trust in my coach to get me to meet my goal, diet has always been my weak area.

Exactly what's happening to me this week.. Oh and the pumps in the gym are crazy painful.. :)

Just imagine it with Tren, lol.

It aint that hard to get down to sub 10% dietary fats granted I've always supped with MCT. When u get down to 6-10%, rapid changes start taking place especially on androgens.

Interesting... Maybe I'll move my macros back around to higher carbs and trace fats since I'll be running a good bit of tren again soon. :-D

So here it is pics for you guys!! I'm not too happy with where I'm at but after only 1 week I have complete confidence in my coach and I excited to see what he can do..

Starting weight: 226 down 3 lbs!! Now 223

This 3 lbs lost happened even with 2600 calories and no form of cardio which I was doing 4 times a week. Less work, more food better results!!

Not sure how my paints are 36 but my waist is 43?? That # has to change but I feel like every lbs I lost came off my waist line so I expect that # to change fast.. Stay tuned 1 week in the books :)

It's funny bro we share almost the exact same stats to a t..

Your pants waist and illiadic crest are two vastly different waist measurements.

I'm curious to see what kind of calories you'll be eating when you start your cut.

I've never talked to anyone who ever said anything bad or harsh about either compound, so I'm not surprised it always treats you so well. Never used either, actually. Maybe next time....

I'm enjoying it, nice and mild with no sides. I think it's a big reason why I'm thinning out with these calories..

I'm running something similar! Except with 11-oxo. Nice an mild and I heard furaza works well while eating around maintenance calories. So you could shred on higher calories.

Those look pretty legit - get that with some lean beef or turkey burgers piled up into a big lean protein/whole grain sammich!

If he cuts like I did, there wont be much calorie cutting. You just cut carbs and sub em out with MCT oil. Doing that on a low fat diet ramps up the metabolism by a few hundred calories per day. Add 30-60 min of high intensity cardio and the fat drops off by a lb or 2 per week with little to no loss in muscle mass because the calories are there.

fueledpassion can you explain that diet? I'm curious how. I use mct oil but replacing the carbs you cut with mct oil? So if you cut 50g if carbs replace all of that with mct?

From a caloric standpoint, yes.

Cut 150g of carbs from ur diet, replace it with 6 TBSP of MCT through the day.

1 TBSP is about 100kcals. You get the calories to maintain muscle mass and the carbless or low carb to get the fat burning effects.

CARBS!!!!

Had to take the day off and stay home with my 2 year old who is sick:) he's doing better!! Got some cooking done and took a 2 hour nap with him!!
