I was looking for some advice on whether or not I should take the PH Epistane.
I'm 18, 5"9, 150, lifts are great for my bodyweight (bench almost double my bodyweight, knee messed up at the moment so not sure about squats, deadlifts in the mid 300s because grip gives out after), low weight because I have really low bodyfat and thin bones.
My friend and I are considering doing a 4-6 week cycle of Epistane and nothing else. I've been llifting for about 3 years now seriously.
My main worry is keeping gains after I stop as we don't plan on doing PCT. I read in another thread that if I do it at this age I'll stop any chance of growing taller. However I went to an endocrinologist when I was 16 and he said I'm done growing.
I'm also a bit worried about side effects and from research it seems epistane is safer than most PHs and AAS which I won't do, at least as of now. Also what's the recommended cycle. I read 20/30/30/40/40 is good but I'm confused as to what this means, is it that many mg every day during those weeks?
And if not, please tell me why, I'm trying to weigh pros and cons
