LGI dmz/stano log

Yeah rack pulls, they're legit.

Honestly I think stubbornness is probably the most impt quality in doing deadlifts. When I pulled 565 it took maybe 2-3 sec to go from almost all the way up to locked out, but it felt like half an hour.

Yea it definitely feels like forever, just gotta push through it. I'm hoping once I add in the dmz my deadlift shoots up. My PR right now is 405, only 65 pounds more than I bench lol. Definitely need to start focusing on them more.

Ultimately form is pretty impt too. Have you tried pulling more? Maybe you can lift more then you think? Make sure you have a good belt tho.

I probably could pull more, but not while maintaining good form. My back starts to round if I go any heavier than 405.

Day 6:

Weight: 179.6

Workout: chest/back/arms
Biceps tendon was nothing me a little today so I decided to use the smith machine a few times to take the pressure off of it. Felt decently strong, but had a serious pump going and definitely had some extra vascularity. Loving the stano so far and it's only day 6. Can't wait to through in the DMZ.

Chest:
bench: 305x3, 310x3, 315x3
Smith machine decline bench: 225x10, 295x5, 315x5, 335x3, 365x1, 385x1
Back:
Weight plate lat pull: 270x10, 360x8, 410x6
Dual handle cable row: 120 3x10
Triceps:
Smith machine close grip bench: 225x10, 275 2x5, 295x3

Cable curl: 100 3xburnout
Incline seated curl: 30 3x12

Also I was feeling a little tired today from a long day so I decided to try LGIs fully loaded (BP was fine, only use pwo when I need it). I've got to say it was great. Probably the best tasting pwo I've had (peach mango) and definitely felt it.

Stano really is a fantastic compound.

I made the mistake of cycling without it a year ago and lethargy absolutely destroyed me.

Never again...

I def agree. I love stano. Tr3st seems to be the other way to go. That's in my next arsenal :-)

Good job A

Tr3st looks good, I heard it aromatizes like crazy though. When you gonna run that?

I heard the same. Have an AI in hand and run it together. I might run some formeron while on it.

Ima run it around June or July. Just came off a cycle. So I need a little break. Ima run tr3st with Epi and lean cuts. Epi for 6 weeks and tr3st for 8 weeks along with lean cuts.

That'll be a real nice run, I'll definitely be following that if you log it.

Wow that literally sounds like heaven lol. Any idea how competent the fitness center is on board?
Looks real nice in the pictures, looks like the dumbbells go up to about 75 which I can work with. Right now I'm staying at a hotel in Miami til the cruise leaves Sunday and the fitness center is pretty impressive for a hotel. About to go do some chest/back/arms in a little bit.

I went on one recently which was pretty awesome. You can order whatever you want in the main dining room, so I had them bring like 3 steaks per night with a bowl of brown rice haha. Also got plates full of protein from the very nice cafeteria every 2-3 hours. I went on mine during a bulk and ate thousands of dollars worth of food in a week, it was nice! The gym has dumbbells to 75 and machines. GVT was a nice workout with the dumbbells.

Yeah it's gonna be nice, only bad thing about it is that I have to keep my weight down for my meet in April lol.

Day 22:

Weight: 188

Gained 8 pounds in 9 days on the cruise. The gym was way above expectations, up to 100 pound dumbbells, with hammer strength machines and everything else you can think of. Only things it was missing was a flat bench and a squat rack. First chest day I did the 100s for flat dumbbell and got 11,9,9. Friday I did chest again and did 3x15 so strength is definitely up. Still no sides. Gonna be hitting the gym in a couple hours for chest/back/arms. Probably gonna max out on bench, I'm feeling 355 hopefully. Will update after.

Nice, what cruise line was that? Get a lot of clean food? Pretty legit bulking.
Norweigan epic. Definitely the best ship I've been on by far. Couldn't stop eating, mostly chicken and steak but couldn't help myself with those desserts lol. About to go hit the gym, can't wait to see where my strength is at now

Nice, I'm actually running a similar cycle to you now (with trest and furaza) rather than what I was going to use before.

Still day 22

Workout was great, got 350 easy and that was my first time doing barbell bench in 10 days. Got the 120 dumbbells for 3x8, so 3 more reps on those than when I started and it's only the first week of dmz. Still no sides. Libido is higher than ever, not shutdown at all. So far I'm loving it. I think 405 is a definite possibility by the end of this. Everything felt light today, I had to check and make sure that I put I 3rd plate on when warming up with 315 lol. Tomorrow is legs and shoulders, can't wait to see how squats go.

Nice dude. Glad you're liking the dmz. Good job with the 120s!

My goal is to put up 200 dbs for reps, we'll see if I can get there, love dumbbell bench! It's not the weight of the dumbbells necessarily that's the issue for chest strength, more the forearms/stabilizers haha

Thanks, 200s would be crazy but from I've seen you're already crazy strong so you can definitely get there. My gym only goes up to 120s so I'm kinda stuck lol.

Yeah, I can rep 150s right now so it's not THAT huge a jump, we'll see tho! I love heavy dumbbells, prowlers, etc, it's worth going to a gym that has that stuff!

This video always gets me pumped up before the gym!

Day 25

Weight 192.7

Workout: chest/back/arms
This is getting ridiculous, I've got 4 and a half weeks of dmz left and I'm already up 15 pounds and repping my max bench from before and doing more reps in the 120s on incline than I was doing on flat.

Chest:
Bench: 275x6, 305x4, 340x2
Incline dumbbell bench: 120 6,5,4
Back:
Wide grip lat pulldowns: 180 3x10
Single arm cable rows: 100 3x15
Triceps:
V bar pushdowns: 200 3x10
Straight bar pushdowns: 200 3x12
Biceps:
Alternating dumbbell curls: 40 3x12

Sides: started getting some serious back pumps, but taurine should fix that pretty quick.
