LGI dmz/stano log

Still nothing like you over there close gripping 315 for reps lol. Hopefully I'll get there one day.

Well I'm also not lifting with strict pauses or w/e. I'm not sure how many strict reps I could do, momentum def plays a role! I don't much care though as long as I'm getting good muscle contraction and not risking injury! I'm pretty comfortable in this weight range but once I get the weight around 400 my shoulder bothers me a bit.

You've gained 15 lb so far already? Has it mostly been lean mass? That's amazing!

I've been training strict for so long now that it's pretty much the same because that's what I'm used to. The weight you're doing is impressive either way lol. And it's been pretty lean. I mean obviously it's not pure muscle but still look about the same body fat and even noticing some new veins so it's pretty lean.

Do you feel like the Stano has been keeping the other sides dormant?

I like stano a lot even by itself. I'd go ahead and just get some now if you can, it definitely won't hurt lol.

Yeah I like it too,it def gives more energy. Also serious aggression. Which is a good thing but not necc a good thing outside of it, haha. I'm already kind of a bad tempered guy.

Oh yeah, I definitely know what you mean lol. I have to constantly tell myself to calm down and blame it on the stano to stop myself from knocking some people out

Weight 194.8 this morning and still looking pretty lean. That's almost 17 pounds and I still have a little more than 4 weeks of dmz. Gonna hit the gym hard in an hour or two.

Still look pretty lean, looks like you've put on some mass in chest/shoulders. Bf% is prolly up a bit but you'd expect that on a bulk.

Yeah it's definitely up a little, but I was at the leanest I'd ever been before starting this so I knew I'd put on some fat. As long as I've still got some abs and I keep getting stronger like I have been, I'll be happy. I've had a few people a day comment on how much bigger I've been getting. The other day my manager said I was getting bigger by the day.

Weight 197.4 this morning, almost 20 pounds already. Definitely noticing some fat gain though, gonna cut back my calories a little and probably add in a little more cardio.

Just killed my chest
Bench: 135x10, 225x5, 275x1, 315x1, 350x1, 365x1, 375x1. Probably could've gotten atleast 385 if I hadn't done 365 and 375. 405 is definitely happening easy.
Also did 8,8,9 with the 120 dumbbells and some cable flys

Go big or go home! In my experience the hardest is going from 3 to 4 plates. Going from 4 up towards 5 was easier although I never ended up lifting 5 although I probably could if I spent some time training. Just trying to give my shoulder a break.

That's the only thing I'm worried about. Gotta keep my form perfect to prevent injuring my shoulder moving up in weight so fast.

I have a partially torn labrum and rotator cuff from football so I try not to push super heavy weight with barbell. Dumbbells are easier for me. Actually anything 355 or less doesn't bother it that much even at high reps for some reason so I just stick with that lol

That sucks, from my expirience shoulder issues are the worst. Even small ones restrict a lot of excersises

It's better than it was. I think the 9 months I was on growth to rehab my pec tear (yeah another injury I don't recommend) helped fix it at least partially.

ure in week 5 wrapping up 30mg right ? experiencing any sides that stano isn't handling ?
No sides at all besides some pretty bad back pumps, taurine has taken care of that though. And not sure if I should bump up to 45 or not. I'm seeing great results with just 30.

If you can tolerate the sides, you should definitely bump to 45. You might regret not doing it after the cycle is finished. Seems like "wish I'd gone higher" is a common lament when all is said and done.

i just went to 45, figured if i see sides or nothing much different, i'll hop back down to 30, no big deal you'll never know unless you try, who knows too, you might start benching buildings :)

Lol it's definitely tempting, I'll probably end up just doing 45 the last two instead of 3 weeks

Definitely, the strength gains are incredible.

I had M-Sten at the top of my list for a bulk at some point down the road but DMZ I think may have leaped ahead with all the positive stuff I keep hearing.

Congrats on your cycle so far too mate, sounds like the hard work (and eating) have really payed dividends.

I'm thinking next Fall/Winter:

DMZ @ 30-45mg for 5 or 6 weeks
Dienozone @ 75mg for 5 weeks
Slin @ 5iu post workout
L-Carnitine injections alongside

---------------

Might make for a fantastic lean bulk. 10lbs easy.

lol same here man, was thinking of running msten for 5-6weeks now I'm thinking dmz lol

Since you all are talking msten vs. dmz, any idea on the difference in terms of sides? I was under the impression that a 30 mg cycle of msten might not be as harsh as 30-45 mg of dmz...is that right? (I might have arbitrarily picked dosages, but I keep hearing how 30 mg msten solo is becoming the minimum for great gains, and 45 mg of dmz generally seems to be the upper limit for most people).

Uh no. 45 of dmz is a walk in the park; 30 of msten is like a rumble in the jungle lol, lethargy, low energy, low libido, liver issues...

Dmz has no more sides for me than epi. I've run dmz at 60 before without issues; I'm running it at 45 in my current stack because I'm stacking with lots of other compounds.

hey man been keeping up with ur post I am also running dmz and it is definitely strong I ran 19-nor b4 this doesn't even compare

Haven't really been updating lately but figured I would since I killed chest tonight. Sitting at about 196 +18 and still very lean.

Chest:
Bench: 315x3, 325x3, 335x3, 345x2, 355x2, 365x1
Dumbbell bench: 120 3x8
Incline dumbbell: 120 5,5,7 (stopped at 5 first two sets)
Decline bench: 225x5, 275x5, 315x3
Cable fly: 3x10
Triceps:
close grip bench: 225x5, 275x5, 285x4, 295x3
Straight bar pushdowns: 200 3x10
Rope pushdowns: 80 3x15

Also upped it to 45 3 days ago. Still no sides besides back pumps.

Cycle sounds like its still going fantastic.

Was set on running Epi but some of these DMZ logs has me on the fence...

Ughhh you guys suck making me all indecisive and stuff lol

My reasoning for the Epi was to have sort of a recomp but no reason I can't do that on DMZ.

Yeah, I'm not certain.

DMZ is likely the stronger compound but I may just save it for a winter bulk and run the Epi this summer.

Who knows, I still have quite a bit of time to plan/decide.

Speculation here but I think DMZ is powerhouse to the Super DMZ combo.

Its also a 5 week drug. Possibly 6 weeker. Needs time to develop if taken at low doses.
