That's good to hear because I never exaggerate and I always want to give an accurate account.

The effect I was talking about was more of an anesthetic effect - meaning not feeling the pain of the lactic acid buildup or the joint pain. For my workouts this effect allows me to push through with volume that I'd normally feel pain and either pull back or stop. In fact, I caution because this effect can make you not aware you are damaging tendons or muscle.

Do you ever try feet elevated push-ups or meadows has stretch push-ups. I do a combination, feet elevated with your hands on sometype of bar about a ft off the ground so your chest can go lower than your hands for an amazing stretch plus your feet are elevated which is putting a lot of emphasis on your upper chest. I do these every chest workout.

Stretch push-ups sound interesting. Will look those up. I tried elevated push ups a while ago. They make a great finish routine. Thanks for the tips!

I'm still experiencing the analgesic effects of Ferox at 3/4 scoop. The joint pain I normally feel is either not existent or greatly reduced. Hang time has been around 4 hours.
