Im a new guy here considering running a cycle for the first time. I have done some research on here but to be honest Im still a bit confused esp on pct. I have stumbled into a jug of deca and 2 of test. I want to try a first cycle and from what I see on here my first cycle should be just test. Probably some stats are in order. I apologize if I don't include enough detail ask and I def will put more in. I'm trying to figure out what I should be doing esp for pct. Summer is coming and I want to turn an old ladies head or 2....

I have no idea on bodyfat or even how to guess.
My workout schedule looks like this
Sundays 7am legs and abs
Monday off
Tuesday 5 pmChest
Weds off
Thursday 5pm Back
Friday 5pm Shoulders
Sat 7 am this one is hit or miss i do usually a chest or if I missed a day I do whatever I missed. I throw abs in here and there during the week.
For diet I'm doing carb backloading. My protein intake is about 90 grams from morning till after workout then I pound another buck to buck fifty or so after my evening lifts. On morning lift days I try to maintain 200 grams a day. On off days I probably drop off to about 100 to 150 for the day. Any and all advice welcome and thanks in advance for the help.
