Speaking of recovery, are DOMs decreased. If so, do you normally get DOMs?

Thanks bro, it was busy but good. Almost rolled a work vehicle Saturday night. Hit ice at 60mph on interstate with a semi not far behind me and things got crazy. Still don't know how I saved it. Sorry for the lack of updates the last few days, will do after breakfast.

Holy mackerel! I have a saying: "It's the bonds with family and friends that is the only thing that keeps you in this world". Just goes to show you how many bonds you have. Glad you're ok.

Thanks guys it was pretty nerve racking. What made it worse is the whole reason I was even there was because I was assisting one of the ladies that live in the group home where I work to see her dad for his 99th birthday. So I had her, a gentleman who also lives in the group home, and another staff member in the car with me. It was a 259 mile drive one way.

Have only trained once since my last update and that was legs. As crazy as that is to say. Back to it hard again starting today!

Another day where I didn't have doms at all. Even my joints felt good. I was able to train bis and tris pretty hard.

I had a completely awesome arm day powdered by X-Factor and Peak Beta+ yesterday, few DOMS today. That PB+ really lessens DOMS to a highly noticeable extent.

Back day today, still sticking with 4 caps. Works great at that dosage no need to up it.

Ok so I have to start doing some type of deadlifts again and although I don't have the weight that I'm used to using at the gym, I still think I did some decent work.

I think DB deads are tougher. Nice lifts, beast.
 
Hit chest today and decided to give hammer grip flat bench a try. Quite a bit harder than traditional grip. Stuck with GVT style on everything.

These decline DB bench numbers are sick. Especially considering the fact you have to get up and down with them.

It's actually really wearing on my shoulders. My wife isn't strong enough to take them from me so I'm thinking of changing something up.

You can't ease them down? That's usually what I do on decline DB presses. Even the smaller weights.
 
Unless you can 'throw' them out to the side i find it very awkward trying to lower them to the floor. I usually rest on hips and sit up..

I do that except on decline. The way the moveable decline bench is at my gym, you can set them down with relative ease. The top of your head isn't far off the ground, so you're only dropping the DB's a short distance.

Edit:

This bench is also very wobbly. Even drop setting plates on crunches feels awkward.
