I am very interested in the fact that it's non stimulant. I have been on a stim pwo kick for quite awhile so it will be nice to take a different route. Another positive I've heard is that of people hitting PR's while on Peak Beta so I will try to hit some as well.

My training over the next 30 days will include a GVT style movement every workout.

Training tonight was biceps and shoulders.

4 caps Peak Beta 30 minutes prior to training.

Guillotine Curls

Wide Grip Straight Bar Curls

Bicep Blasters (Standing dumbell curls, only rest is changing weight)

Spent the day in Gillette Wyoming doing some work for my parents, and just got home. Haven't been able to train yet and due to Peak Beta not being a stim I can still get some training in tonight!! Gonna hit back and triceps
 
Ended up getting pretty lazy last night and skipping training. Up and ready to punish myself for that decision :D

This is a killer. The left dumbell kept trying to slip away from the right one.

Just whooped my own ass doing biceps and shoulders. Had a great sweat going!!! Left elbow has been bothering me today but nothing I couldn't work through!

Those short rests must've killed those shoulders. You also have me craving those guillotine curls again!
 
I started going light on shrugs and high rep with perfect form and a 2 sec. hold at the top. I feel it so much more than heavy weight and there growing!
 
Starting to lose the bloating look. Guess it must've been due to lack of water.
