i bet you would have loved fantail watch at 3 in the morning all by yourself...at that time you are half asleep and all the ghosts of the ocean are restless, it gets kinda spooky out there on an open deck, talk about a soundtrack for a horror film, lol.

it's on the main deck 'closest to water' at the far rear of a ship, it is an open deck with only lifelines around the outside-no bulkheads[walls]...crazy how your imagination can play tricks on you at 3am by yourself.....usually you stand watch with a breastplate receiver/transmitter with a wire thats plugged in so you can communicate with the conning officer on the bridge...main purpose is to watch for man overboard.

WOW...what a fantastic day today!!!! weather is in the 60's and sunny out....yum, i am eating this up!!!
went jogging at the park with sid today, he is slowing down but still willing to give it his best!!! we had a slow 2.5 mile jog then had boneless wings for lunch--sid's favorite!!!
weighed in at 210 today, been awhile since i have been this heavy but i just took a notch out from my belt, so apparently heavier but smaller in the waist-i won't complain about that...just added in endosurge turbo today, my test level has got to be around 1500 i feel fantastic!!!

Now that's the kinda update I like to hear.
I am looking forward to that kind of weather as well. Really enjoy running in 50-60's kind of weather.

my kinda weather, i don't think we will get much mild weather like this...i expect it to turn really hot soon. lately the weather has been extreme, either too damned hor or too damned cold!!!

200mg test cyp a week is tremendous, but there is a lot to be said for otc supps if you choose wisely and use them properly!!! it is truely amazing to me how far supplements have come in the last 10 years!!!!

Where do I get some of what you are feeling?! My test is 379 (last 2 years now)! 1500! Holy mackerel! At least our temps were 58 today! Felt warm for a change. Expecting 6 to 8 inches snow Wednesday.

if you pay attention to what is going on it becomes clear that governments and corporations[in this country corporations are the government, imo] have been trying to manipulate the weather for decades. there are endless possibilities for why this would be beneficial to them, but clearly not all of those reasons would be beneficial to mankind as a whole.
take the drought in cali...who will benefit from this? to me the big winners are the corporations that run plantation type farms in brazil/mexico/argentina. already food prices have gone up and the indicators are that we are in for huge increases of prices at the grocery store....just one example of if the drought were caused by manipulation of the weather it would be of great value to those doing the manipulating, but not a good thing for mankind as a whole....many believe natural disasters like katrina were experiments gone bad...or were they?
i admit i am a conspiracy theorist believer....i do not have much trust in our politicians, i believe they have been bought out by multi-national corporations....we have the best form of government on the planet, but it is only as good/bad as the men/women running it.

speaking of the weather...it is close to 70 today with lots of sun, did 22yds of mulch today and took my shirt off for the 1st time in 2014!!!
i can't say it enough how good i feel, very stong and fit[ALPHA]...used 5 pumps of dermacrine this morning and the day just flew by. i just started endosurge yesterday, give it a week and i should be getting even better results!!!

yes boys and girl[magdalena], we got snow today after that beautiful sunny day yesterday...
so i was all ready to do salting and put in a long day...got all stimmed up and ready to go. well even though it snowed for hours it didn't stick to the pavement, melted like butter on a hot skillet. so instead of work, i workedout!!!
crazy insane workout with no method to the madness whatever i saw i did next....didn't do warmup sets and didn't change weight, just went around my basement going thru every piece of equiptment i have. the wife was out of the house so i had my stereo pumpin out the good stuff, the house was shakin!!!
one hell of a monster pump, kept getting bigger...endurance was crazy, everytime i thought i was wearing down a song i really like would come on and reignite the fire...one of those crazy arsed workouts i used to do when i was younger!!! this stack is amazing, i felt like i was back in my 30's again....too bad i can't feel this way all of the time, but it is great to recapture that feeling if only for awhile!!!!

fadogia/fenugreek is a hellava combo, too bad there aren't more products that combine them. plus dermacrine, this stuff is worth it's weight in gold!!! erasepro/erase at 1/1 is very effective, but not really very cost effective if not on sale...aav2/dcp 2.0 is fantastic, leaning while gaining!!!
been trying out pes's new norcodrene, not really impressed so far. but lecheeks ampilean and finaflex's fx black are solid products.

Was always curious about aav2 as recompadrol is a solid product. Px Black is very good indeed. If you wanna try something with a stronger stim component check out Px 'White' Pro Xanthine 500-XT.

So frequent trips to the washroom r just something I'm used to....

cold weather seems to amplify this effect...in hot weather i sweat a ton and can go most of the day without a trip to the head.

we got a new puppy from the rescue shelter[jed], going to take jed for his 1st jog tomorrow....it will break sid's heart not to go, but i think his jogging days are over...i will take sid on a walk when i get back....i can't understand how anyone could mistreat animals, but people do a lot of bad that i don't understand-and hopefully never will!!!

I had this feeling you were a big, ole softy! Nice job on picking a shelter dog. Those poor things have been put through some horrible treatment by people that need to be put in a cage themselves!. I miss not having one but I can't dedicate the time to one.

all dogs[pets] need a lot of care and attention, shelter dogs who have been abused need even more...it is amazing looking back at the difference in sid now versus when we 1st got him, he isn't a pet he is family...when my kids started having children of their own we started calling him 'UNCLE SID', lol......i hope jed will find the happiness with us that sid has!!!
yes...i am a big softy when it comes to kids and animals, i would not hesitate to step in if i see anyone abusing either!!!

i mentioned this is another thread...after over 20 years of working 3rds[11pm-7am]it is hard as hell to get up early in the morning..i wake up feeling like death, then i put on my dermacrine and almost immediately begin to feel more awake and alert.
i've gained another lb, up to 213!!! feeling very alpha!!!
they have aen ape on sale at nutra, i already bought 3, thinking of buying more...the endosurge must be kicking in, libido is soaring even higher.
aav2/dcp combo is working well, up 7lbs and waist is the same, wife says with clothes on i look even leaner than before. looking forward to the release of new combustion to add in!!!
erase pro/erase at 1/1 is giving close to arimistane effect without the sides!!!
almost done with bottle of omega's t-force, nothing special...not nearly as good as the old i-force fadogia 500!!!
i wish a supp company would come out with a quality fadogia product at a reasonable price!!!
