Hi everyone,
Ive always heard that you need to be drinking ALOT of water when taking creatine otherwise your kidneys will have to work overdrive and you will get stomach cramps. Ive been starting to take creatine....drink at least 3 litres a day and do not get any pain/cramps. I see alot of people saying to take creatine first thing in the morning but will this not then give you pain/cramp as you havent drank any water yet? Also when is the best time to start taking creatine? I was going to try the loading phase but going to stick with about 3-5 grams per day. Any help/ advice much appreciated!!!
