Well ur not gonna believe it but it didn't include squats. I herniated a disk in my lower lumbar doing a warm up set of squats with 225 sometime when I was 24 I believe. It was due to a car accident when I was 18 tho, I was sitting at a light in the car with my family and got hit by an old man going 65mph, didn't hit the brakes. I could squat 565 for reps at the time, it was weird it happened during a warmup, but after that happened I haven't squated much since. I would usually start with leg press, but they pushed me so hard, the intensity and drive made a huge difference. The most I did was 1300lbs for 14 reps before I failed and they had to catch the weight. I remember doing ten reps and wanting to put it down and they wouldn't let me. I also do a lot of lunges. I usually grab 50s and walk the full length of the gym, usually about 28 steps. I usually do four sets. Back then I did hamstrings and quads on the same day and would finish with extensions and leg curls. Now I split the two muscle groups up. I don't do calves on quad day, I'm pretty drained after, I do them twice a week with hamstrings and my biceps/forearms day.
