Today is the first day of my planned diet break week (or two), after 8 weeks of hard dieting. I celebrated the start by having Chinese buffet at about 1pm (breaking my fast, I'm on leangains and will keep my 8h window during the break week).
Let's just say I did not hold back... at all. Had no less than 8 full plates of total crap food. It's now 7pm and I still feel bloated and full as f*ck. I don't regret a thing though
. Rest of the week will definitely be more conservative with my choices though, lol. I don't plan on counting anything.
Can't wait to see how deads go tomorrow. Bet I'll have a great workout!
