What is your favorite cheat meal?

Today is the first day of my planned diet break week (or two), after 8 weeks of hard dieting. I celebrated the start by having Chinese buffet at about 1pm (breaking my fast, I'm on leangains and will keep my 8h window during the break week).

Let's just say I did not hold back... at all. Had no less than 8 full plates of total crap food. It's now 7pm and I still feel bloated and full as f*ck. I don't regret a thing though :D. Rest of the week will definitely be more conservative with my choices though, lol. I don't plan on counting anything.

Can't wait to see how deads go tomorrow. Bet I'll have a great workout!

I was not a big fan of the red velvet blizzard....it was good but nothing special, the base is just toi simple....how exactly do you make ur protwin pudding, I usually just do a cup of greek yogurt with a scoop of protein

Epic cheat breakfast today! First one in a long time. After my omelette and Greek yogurt I had about 2 dozen assorted pastries. My stomach is going to hate me later I'm not used to all the sugar lmao

I find sugar to be the hardest on me on a cheat if I've been sticking to lower, cleaner carbs.

I could cheat with a tonne of fat or starch and be fine but sugar has me feeling like crap 24-36 hours later lol.

Cheat night tonight, feeling like onion rings & rib sandwiches but its early. Cravings always change over the day

I agree 100%, but sugar is the only cheat I really crave. I can pass up pizza or fried chicken etc without any remorse

Another recipie. High calorie. Strawberry chocolate over night oats.

Comes out to 16 g fats 115 carbs and 58 g protein. Pre workout meal of Champions. 806 calories

300 grams strawberries.
1 cup oats
1 cup 1% milk
2 servings unsweetened coco powder.
2 small containers of okios strawberry yogurt.
1 scoop cellucor molten chocolate whey
About 2 tablespoons or 4 packets of sweetener

Step one..throw all the **** in a bowl and stuff it in the fridge overnight.

Done.

Alternatively if you prefer hot...another recipe. ..

1 cup milk of choice
1 cup old fashion oats
300 grams of either strawberries, cherries or bananas. I prefer bananas with this one...
2 servings unsweetened coco powder.
1 scoop cellucor marshmellow peanut butter whey
2 servings mini marshmallows
Sweeten to taste. Probably 1 table spoon sweetener.

Put your oats in a bowl with milk. Cook till its done.
Let cool a bit.
Put oats back in microwave with marshmallows for 1 or more minutes. This is called double cooking. It's a real thing. You'll thank me.
Then mix in bananas or other fruit and the rest of the ingredients.

You should have a peanut butter melted Marshmellow food porn in front of you. mash the bananas if you want. Calories and macros I can't list atm but similar to first one with 200+ carbs.
 
This isn't the traditional but it fits my macros haha! Banana pudding.

1 sugar free fat free cook and serve vanilla pudding mix 80 calories
2 cups of 1% milk to help with texture. Fat free is fine.
1 cup almond milk unsweetened vanilla
A drop or 2 of vanilla extract
400 grams of banana
4 servings of the reduced fat nilla wafers.*gram crackers are an alternative*
1/4 cup splenda or sweetener.

Measure out all ingredients. Get a big bowl. Layer nilla wafers then bananas till you're out of both.

Place milk , splenda and vanilla pudding /extract in pan to boil.

Stir and wait till boil

Pour into bowl with wafers and bananas

Serve hot*my fav* or wait till its chilled in the fridge.

Comes up to 1116 calories 234 carbs 19 fat 24 protien 10 fiber and a whooping 2272 potassium.

Very calorie dense. Easily split into servings as follows...

Get a food scale,place bowl on scale. Transfer to bowl on scale. Divide number by servings you want.

I can adjust if you want. I left out the protien powder for calorie accuracy.

Recipe. There ya go.

I personally added vanilla whey by cellucor to help with protien needs.
You can also use butterscotch pudding for this. Or other protien powders.
 
Key lime pie oatmeal.

Ingredients:
40 g oats
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup water
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla whey*I used cellucor whipped vanilla*
2 tsp sweeteners.
1 low fat Graham cracker.

Directions
Microwave oats with water and almond milk
Add remaining ingredients except for the cracker and stir. Crush up the cracker and sprinkle over oats.

Macros as I make are...
360 calories
49 carbs
31 protien
7 g fats.

Low fat for Mr solution. Tasty too.
 
Not a cheat but I froze some vanilla protein and made some "ice cream". It hit the sweet tooth perfect!
 
My favorite cheat is a full day with whatever I want. I hope I'm not to late in the game...4 thousand reply later lol

My record in food quantity is...

1 plate at IHOP with 8 pancakes,4 eggs and hash browns crap ton of syurp.
2 ultimate cheese burger from jack in the box with curly fries
1 Dans hamburger with a 32 oz milk shake.
2 boxes of crispy cream and a couple of toaster strudles.

Didn't worry. Didn't count a thing. Best cheat ever which is why I remember it. Felt great to take a break.
