It really isnt a cheat meal but I made some banana egg pancakes the other night and they were awesome! seasoned with some vanilla extract and cinimon and topped with natural peanut butter made them really tasty! And super easy. Just need 1 big banana and 2 eggs mash the banana and mix the egg in and cook it like a normal pancake.

Wow those potatoes sound and look fantastic. Superbowl eats? Nachos are a must for me, and extra spicy chili

No dessert, sorry Bob.

Waitress was scared/shocked enough as it was.

Metabolism is really amped since starting more frequent refeeds, and my doc finally put me on thyroid hormone to bring me to a normal level.
Enjoying every second of it, 1 month to go until tightening diet.

Dear upcoming cheat day. This is going to happen!

Dinner party this past weekend.

First course was a spinach and butter lettuce salad in a pine nut vinaigrette.

Second was Ground leak and pepper stones over. Green and purple kale and a garlic aioli. Tiny bit of asiago on top.

Main course was a braised short rib and and bread pudding freedom toast.

Dessert (not pictured) was chocolate truffle logs rolled in graham cracker crust, and on top was a marshmallow meringue quickly blow torched to leave it golden but runny.

(The pic of the rectangular pan is just what we braised the ribs in.

Fancy and healthy looking, I don't get fed like that at dinner parties.

Healthy until you see the dessert, I didn't get a picture of it unfortunately. Also the 6 bottles of wine, bottle of absinthe, bottle of tequila, an half bottle of rum tends to detract from the health haha.

Heres a dessert in place if his missing one:

Buttercream frosted vanilla confetti layered cake. Just baked it up today,

Unfrosted to show layers:

DQ is weak Compared to: Jeni's (Base is out of this world...) 2nd Street --> Perfect compliment of Base/Swirl/Mix-Ins (Caramel, Cookie Dough) Graeters --> Mix In are Massive (Buckeye Blitz, Cookies and Cream, Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip, PB Cookie Dough, Cookie Dough Chocolate Chip) These are Superior Base wise by a mile.
Ok I found Graeters at the grocery store so I decided to try it. I bought chocolate peanut butter chocolate chip! Wow! You guys are right, that's some great ice cream and it was damn stupid to buy it cause I'm dieting right now. A couple bites here and there won't hurt nobody:)
