About 12 yrs. and lots of lots of money
Yea "supplements". Just keep training and competing and eventually everything will fall into place if ur passionate about bodybuilding. In bodybuilding nothing works unless u have 3 things in check training, nutrition, and supplementation. Why lots of money?? U mean for the supps and traveling?lol

"Ridiculous doses" come on man! U don't have to take grams on grams of gear. U do have to up the dosages a little bit and be lucky enough to have some of the worlds elite genetics. U ever think of all this guys taking large amounts of gear just maybe there stuff isn't pharma grade that's y they can't grow with reasonable dosages. U think them guys in the 70's and early 80's were taking high dosages? No they just had pharma grade gear. They manage to have some amazing physiques at that timeOne thing people are not saying here is you also must be willing to do ridiculous doses in your steroid cycles. Think of it this way the first year or to three plan to work on diet and learning to really train and grow as much naturally as you can. Step one win an NPC national qualifying show. Step two win a national show. That makes you an ifbb pro then you need to qualify for the Olympia.

Yeah given my profession I have seen pharma and I have also seen non pharma... While you would imagine pharma as this all powerful thing many UGL's over dose their testosterone to build a name for themselves. When I say ridiculous dosing im referring to both weight and length of cycle. But regardless part of your statement was very true you need great genetics and in those you need to be able to tolerate mega dosing things like Tren & Eq. Sure become a 212 pro and you might not need crazy dosing and size, but to go pro and then take an Olympia as a heavy weight? Yeah we are now talking very large doses.
I know im not even close, i weight 165 im 5'10 and im 17 years old,my bf is around 14percent and i wanna know like how many years will it take me and/or how do i become one, like do i just have to win alot of contests? Thanks and sorry for my ignorance![]()
I don't think that dosing has to be that high if u have elite genetics and there's very few ppl who have them genetics. Only maybe a few in the world. Ur genetics also play a role on how ur body reacts to certain compounds. U may need more or u may be lucky and get away with low dosing but to be an Olympian u have to have it all Perfect muscle bullies, symmetry, muscle insertions, perfect bone structure and then the right compounds. It goes the Same for the 212 div.
roids, hardwork, genetics, and knowing people is huge... trust me when i was your age i had that dream too![]()
What if i build tolerance like what happens when you drink caffeine every day? Or it doesn't work the same way for roids?some can take 50mg of Var and get a panic attack ,others go on 100mg + 1g test, dbol the lot and be fine!!! Look at some of arnies supposed 'stacks' they would kill the average horse.
Do we know if the Natural bodybuilding championship involves the dark side?
My mate won it, but I daren't ask if he got there with help a) he wouldn't risk it, b) its offensive!
Yes. Steroids are prevalent in natural shows. The test are easy to get around and they don't test for growth hormone, insulin and I believe they don't test for igf1/growth factor combo.
I think you are correct on what they don't test for. And I know for a fact a some beat the other tests by using the shorter esters for instance prop so they can come off pre testing and have normal levels. But I only know one guy in higher levels of natty so maybe its only him...
So even natural shows ain't natural??
Learn to eat and train properly for a few years...Natty. Then compete in some physique shows. If you can win those and are proper age; move up amd start cycling properly amd safely.
Unless you have a trust fund, maintaining the pro BB lifestyle can be near to impossible. Especially withe rediculous cost of the large cycles of gear.
There's alot of gay for pay in BB.

Yes thats what i have heard about the costs of roids and GH, but im planning on going to college after hs(next year) and get a degree on computer science. I wanna work as a software developer and they make really good money. During my time on college ill be working out without roids but as soon as i start working(around the age of 24-25) i think ill be ready for them and ill have the money. What do u guys think? :3

I dont think i have the best genetics in the world though :/ so i have to win the npc competition and nationals so i can go to the Olympia. Also guys, can any of u tell me how much should i weight on my first competition and how much bf should i have? Ive thinking and I think ill start competing when i weigh like 190-200 pounds at 10percent bf but i dont know if that's good enough. Thanks for your help i really appreciate it![]()
10% bf, for stage??? Not a chance...
I was at 6%... And I'm a woman... Guys get down way lower than that...
Also it's good to have a coach... There's a lot involved in show prep....

are grapefruits included? The sooner everyone stops believing the lies and realizes what 100% of professional non-tested bodybuilders need to do to be successful, and more importantly, how dangerous it can potentially be, the better.
Hahaha theyre just tellinf me what ill have to do to become a pro![]()
True but the real battle comes with your progress as a natural *training for 4 to 8 years* to reach your genetic potential. This would be the best time to hop on stuff. If your looking for a short cut to be a pro maybe you should re think this. Consider the cost, the mental battle getting to sub 4 % consider the high risk for injury, consider dieing young due to the sheer amount you will have to take and what you will have to take*slin coupled with gh= hypo glycemic possibly death* consider the risk of increasing igf1*can increase cancer growth* slin can make you a diabetic ect ect.
We may be giving you info but your only at the tip of the iceburg. Will you sink or float above those who have. *just watched titanic*
Time will tell. Learn and don't be stupid.
But thats my dream,to be mr.olympia,
******really im really passionate about bodybuilding.

You're doing it smart though, kid. Get your career going and pursue your dreams with a backup plan in place. If you are planning on competing at that high of a level. Read this forum every day. Every day for 7 years. Every day I learn something new here that makes this hobby safer and more productive. We wanted you to be aware of the sacrifices necessary to
be successful. If you read about how Dorian Yates cycled, he's a good example of an intelligent steroid user that will live his full life expectancy. Hopefully.
Best of luck!
