PURUS LABS hooking it up, stacking for the pump

Heart rate was 165-172 which is the same when I do cardio with our caffeine. I took the condense 1hr pre cardio so I feel it was wearing off a little. Felt good doing the crunch machine when I paused at top and bottom I could feel the tingling.

If you need 400mg caffeine for HIIT, you may need 800mg for legs!

Been a long weekend and too many days away from gym. Really good feeling to get back in. Kid having flu, wife's grandfather passed away, Saturday cookout which took all of Sunday to recover and Super Bowl which after the second half kickoff return I stopped watching knowing I would get the recap this morning at gym.

1 scoop condense on way to gym and AminoD intra. Steady energy and focus, took it easier today but arms are still pumped!

Sounds like you need an better schedule.
 
Well back to normal schedule, however I am sore from top to bottom. Almost feels like a full body workout with the unwanted DOMS. These ovens we took out are about 1000 lbs each. Even though we had equipment to help us flip and roll them we still had a struggle. Normally there is three guys. Not sure why we only have two now. Ohh well leg day tomorrow morning will be nice.
 
May have smoked my legs. 1.5 scoops condense and off to the races.

Had a great weekend and profitable .... Nothing like making cash. Was able to go for a walk with family yesterday was perfect weather. AminoD running low and condense still scooping away. Legs just a little tender round the knees. Sounds like whining to me.

The island punch Condense is very tolerable. I was skeptical because I dislike fruit punch so much, this is nothing like it. I feel that this is more of a mix of untraditional fruits like passion fruits, mangos, you know island fruits. The caffeine amount I quite high when using two scoops... But so is muscle marinade. The clean energy with out the crash is perfect, however when no physical activity is taking place condense(even at one scoop) could have some unwanted effects. I only say this because I use Condense on some off days as a pick me up and for extra energy during my big installs. It helps me stay alert so I don't hurt myself. When one is tired and moving 1000lb ovens, one could get seriously injured. I like pushing them around, I was actually sore from the last install because when taking to scrap yard flipping them without lifts is a struggle.

I was pretty skeptical as well on IP Condense. But not as skeptical as I was on CC Dpol. I was pleasantly surprised with both.

Back at 100%.... Gonna be hitting gym hard tomorrow. The previous workout soreness was not bad and have been able to sit and walk normal. I still feel the workout so I know I did good work without crippling myself.
 
Felt good even though I was runnin a little late. I needed a spot to go heavier... I was feeling it this morning. However my normal guy was on the other side of gym, Mondays are normally chest days so I missed out. Back on track with vitamins too, been with out a multi and vitamin c for a couple months.

Sticking with 1.5 scoop condense (sweet spot) and 1 scoop AminoD intra and leftover with breakfast. 1.5 scoops protein powder, ala, multi, VitC, folic acid and light carb and yogurt.

Weight at 190 before sauna and 189 after... 10 min stint.

Sauna for 10min post

AminoD being gone has been disappointing. Finished it off this weekend. I had been using it intra workout and occasionally when waking. I feel it was a great addition and look forward to gettin somemore.

As far as condense I've got a couple servings left and can't say any thing more than I have already said. It is a very competitive product that is not over bearing. You can enjoy this at 1 scoop and at 2 you'll be wide open. It's nice to switch products from time too time due to building tolerance IMO.

A couple mornings have passed...
 
Thanks a lot to Purus labs for choosing me to log one of their newer products, AminoD Watermelon and Condense Island Punch. Both of these products are very effective for recovery and strength, each without side effects.

AminoD I used for mainly intra and rarely for off days morning refresher. The product was full of flavor where I was able to mix 1 scoop with 26-32oz. I felt very good with the use during exercise because I felt like I was hydrated and prepared myself for my first meal. Mixed very good and didn't have anything left that didn't mix.

Condense tropical fruit has amazing flavor, great focus and was a good jump start to an early morning workout. I used this product at 1.5 scoops and only had one bad side effect.... That because I had energy from using the product but I didn't go to gym, I was driving. I was so ready to go it wasn't funny. I am very satisfied with the energy.
