Awesome workout, had a huge pump especially in the arms!

Nice work on those pull ups dude!! Also great #s on the bent rows. Great variety and volume!

These were super controlled and very slow

Standing lat raises-ss-DB swings

I dropped the weight on these to keep them strict. Shoulders were on fire after these.

Front raises(BB overhand and underhand grip, 45lb plate)
3x15 reps

Incline DB rear delt raises
3x10's x 20
Kept pinkies out the entire time and I could feel it like crazy in my rear delts

Standing DB press-ss-standing lat raises
3x30's x 12-ss-3x10's x 12
Great burnout with the lower weights

45lb plate shrugs
3x20 reps (pausing at top for 2 sec)

Ez bar wide grip upright rows
3x75x10
Trying to go as high as I could

Standing behind the neck BB press
3x95x12

Feet raised diamond push-ups
2x15 reps

Suspension system overhead tri ext
2x8 reps
Damn these are killer, totally forgot about these, super hard!

I love it. I'm supplementing with extra epi to make it a great run. You should see the DetX/Xcel hater thread on here. It's absolutely crazy.

Thanks man, I was thinking of doing a physique comp this summer. Not sure yet. I know I can lean up a little more with no issue that's just diet but I would like to put on maybe a little more size.

It's the last weekend in June. The only issue is that's my twins bday weekend and I don't know about my wife's plans for their party. Yea your right there's plenty if time in between.

I know! I'm going to try it this week. On my chest day I always throw in a bicep exercise at the end so I think that's what I'm going to do.

Its a great finisher!
