Thanks man. It was that my grandmother passed away. She was my second mom, she watched me everyday while my parents worked. She will be missed greatly. She led a great amazing life, she was 93. I'm actually getting some badass angel wings tattooed on my back, in memory of her. There's a meaning behind the wings that will keep her in my thoughts every time it see it.Damn good work. I normally don't take any creatine products but Krea-pump I do cause it is effective and one big thing I like about it is that I don't seem to hold any water weight with it. Plus it tastes delicious!Agreed!! Also the pineapple Krea Pump is not only delicious but also very effective![]()

Yea I like it a little bit! Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I had my grandmas funeral this weekend and then had to go out of town for work. Still hitting the gym. I'll post up my workouts tomorrow. Placing my order tomorrow for some more Flexible, don't want to run out. I'm probably just going to continue with this log through the second tub since I like having a one going, if that's cool with you and Formutech.
