Getting my joints lubricated with Flexible

Never heard of a tate press, I'll have to check that out. It looks like a great workout!

Just started doing them its like a combo of tri extension and cg db press

Thanks man. It was that my grandmother passed away. She was my second mom, she watched me everyday while my parents worked. She will be missed greatly. She led a great amazing life, she was 93. I'm actually getting some badass angel wings tattooed on my back, in memory of her. There's a meaning behind the wings that will keep her in my thoughts every time it see it.

Thanks man! The ink I thought was a great idea. I did the same for my grandfather when he passed. Every time I look at my back in the mirror I see his tattoo. Constant reminder of them

Really sorry to hear it man. My grandma is 86 and I'm extremely close with her too. Tattoos are a good way to never allow yourself to forget all of the valuable lessons she taught you
 
I actually think I'm going to get the wings on my arm. It would almost complete the whole top of my arm into a sleeve.

Great workout with no joint pain and still on 4 caps. Another thing I thought of was that I'm on epi right now on a higher dose and my joint are just fine, score! Flexible for the win! I don't think I have enough to last me the rest of the run so I might have to get some more.

Yes, it's so horrible! I can't believe I'm taking a pre with epi in it! OMG what was I thinking:) I absolutely love it, it isn't a cracked out pre, very nice mild smooth energy, nothing over stimulating. Plus it gives me more epi to add to my daily dose

Haven't tried any Xcel products but I have heard they are very good. My humblest sympathies about Grandma....always tough...

Agreed!! Also the pineapple Krea Pump is not only delicious but also very effective ;)
I normally don't take any creatine products but Krea-pump I do cause it is effective and one big thing I like about it is that I don't seem to hold any water weight with it. Plus it tastes delicious!

I think it's great but then there are guys that think it's the worst thing in the world to have epi in a pre. You wouldn't be disappointed if you tried it

I think its great if you use it on a cycle. I probably wouldnt otherwise though. I should have mine soon hopefully!

I'm probably just going to continue with this log through the second tub since I like having a one going, if that's cool with you and Formutech.

I'm probably going to order a second tub of detX next week. I'm going to run two tubs at 1.5 scoops everyday. I just wish there was creatine in there too!! Oh well. Any idea how much epi is in it? Pm me if you want I know that companies want to keep prop blends secret

I did some research and found it to be 22.5mg too. I've got a tub of creatine mono so no big deal!

The incline really isolates the rear delts for me

2 sec. hold at the top, very slow and controlled dying to get my traps to do all the lifting. Every time I try to go heavy on shrugs it seems like I'm using different muscles to get it up and it doesn't work as well so I went to lighter weight and my traps seem to be growing much better.

I threw in a tricep exercise and abs at the end

Shoulders were done! Epi is up to 85mgs a day including my pre workout and I'm still at only 4 caps a day. No joint dryness and nothing is sore, badass supp right there!
