Getting my joints lubricated with Flexible

Sorry for not updating the workouts, I took a couple days off for my bday. I killed some back today

Wide pull-ups
4x8 reps

Chins

Hammer pull-ups

Dual bent over DB rows
1x60's x &

Incline bench plate rows

1 arm DB rows
1x100's x 8

Bent over BB row-ss-inverted rows(using all 3 grips)

Bent over reverse grip BB row(using just the bar)

Back was pumped as hell, I normally don't just do a set of something and then jump to the next but I just wanted to keep doing different exercises plus it was fun! I actually backed it down to 4 caps a day and so far so good so I'll keep everyone posted if there is any change in joint discomfort.

Still using 4 caps a day and everything seems fine. If this keeps up then this tub would last 2 mths which is a great deal!

Nice leg day! It sux when pain is the limiting factor,not the heavy weight. Sounds like Flexible will get you fixed up tho.

Man, not having any pain and discomfort is great. It has been since last summer when I was lifting this much weight but the pain/discomfort was really setting in and all I could really do on squat was 135. I did a lot of bench squats where I wouldn't go down all the way and then I could lift a little heavier.

Just raise the weight slow and concentrate on form!

That's exactly what I'm doing. My brother in law does a lot more weight but when he squats down his knees go in and it looks painful. I didn't know if this was normal or what but I try to keep my knees straight or out the whole rep

tell him to cut that the hell out unless he wants to pick his kneecaps up from across the room. push the knees OUT as you go up!!

When he squatted down it looked painful, I had him watch me with less weight and better form but that did nothing.

Thanks man! I think I'm going up on the BB overhead press next week cause the last set still felt somewhat easy. The seated DB press I think I will try to go higher next week as well cause all 3 of those sets were fairly easy too.
 
Today was chest, not a single elbow joint pain. I did some dips at the end and the shoulders were a little tender but that's probably cause I lifted those yesterday.
