Back was pumped as hell, I normally don't just do a set of something and then jump to the next but I just wanted to keep doing different exercises plus it was fun! I actually backed it down to 4 caps a day and so far so good so I'll keep everyone posted if there is any change in joint discomfort.

I'm going to start doing legs twice a week now since my joints are nice and lubricated with Flexible! Nothing feels uncomfortable and nothing hurts, so this is a major plus in my book. With all the discomfort in my knees and hips from hockey I haven't been able to put much weight on the bar. That's exactly what I'm doing. My brother in law does a lot more weight but when he squats down his knees go in and it looks painful. I didn't know if this was normal or what but I try to keep my knees straight or out the whole repJust raise the weight slow and concentrate on form!

When he squatted down it looked painful, I had him watch me with less weight and better form but that did nothing.tell him to cut that the hell out unless he wants to pick his kneecaps up from across the room. push the knees OUT as you go up!!

Thanks man! I think I'm going up on the BB overhead press next week cause the last set still felt somewhat easy. The seated DB press I think I will try to go higher next week as well cause all 3 of those sets were fairly easy too.Strong bb and db oh press. Movin up!
Today was chest, not a single elbow joint pain. I did some dips at the end and the shoulders were a little tender but that's probably cause I lifted those yesterday.
