405 is a PR since 2010 timeframe. It was my goal for this fit by feb 14th. Felt hamstring engagement for the first time today which is a plus. Lets me know my form is getting better.

I know man, but there's a reason for it. Give me about eight weeks and I'll show you. I slacked for a while on my eating habits (not to the extent that would have put me back to where I was before hopping back on AM, but enough). It's a means to an end and I'm feeling very results driven right now. I have some important shït coming up in life and I want to be as fit as possible. 7-8% in the next 8 weeks.
 
Congrats on the 405 success! You should do something like that video would be funny.
