caz and tygas ongoing log.. and w/e we decide to use.

I stopped the DC training.. Felt like I wasn't getting the best benefit out of my ArA by doing DC.

Today was chest and tri

Flat- 185x10 185x8 195x6 195x5
Incline db- 45x10 55x8 55x6 65x6
Decline bench- 135x12 155x10 175x8 135x10
Incline hex press- 20x10x3
Rope tri ext-50x10 60x10 70x10 80x10
Bw dips- 9,9,7,9
Bb skull crushers- bar x12x4

I took my six ArA with a scoop of hemavol, 3 scoop glycergrow, 1/2 bronkade and a baby aspirin. Holy crap was the pump stupid today! I've never seen my chest so full lol it was awesome.

P.s. The hemavol I got was the new blueberry pomegranate, and it is delicious.

That's why I asked but to be honest , I'm only doing the ArA about 4 times a week myself, staggered. My only con is an acid reflux thing if I take more than five & it's when I am really h2o'd up.

ArA has an acute effect. Cumulative as well if you take doses ed, but you'll get more than 50 days out of two bottles if you dose on workout days only.

Also, remember that the COX inhibitor, GMS and creatine make the ArA MORE effective.

Side note*** my chest is SORE AS HELL. Tender to touch, it's stupid.
 
Yeah the change in volume should have you really feeling that last workout.

So why wouldn't you want to run it hard for 50 days as opposed to longer with lesser results? I mean they recommend you take a break from it after the 50 days either way I believe before getting back on it.

Dang.. Forgot to update. Hit legs last Wednesday, shoulders and tris Friday and back on Saturday.

Tonight I hit chest and tris again.

Update: I've added LR3 in, 60mcg on workout days only. Still taking my ArA, GMS, and baby aspirin with the occasional bronkade. My pumps have been ridiculous! My muscles are STILL full (2hrs post workout)

6oz chicken breast breaded in whole wheat crumbs, baked 10mins flipped it, added 2tbps marinara sauce and topped it with shredded mozzarella cheese and baked it for another 7mins.

Yeah, all of these recent home improvement projects seem to be catching. My wife has plans for us to do some more painting and redecorating our bedroom. On top of that my daughter wants her bedroom painted for her birthday.
 
My gf is moving in officially in a couple wks (we've basically lived together for half a yr now but she's giving up her apt she never uses & gonna split rent here). This is noteworthy as a home improvement because it's basically like I'm installing a dishwasher :toofunny:

What's everyone in here think of some epi+deca? I was thinking it'd have similarities to deca+winny.
 
I think it should run just as well as epi+tren, just geared a bit more towards size & strength. But you get the same joint benefits & potential libido issues without bigger hits of test (and I know you don't like using much over a base amount) as tren. Epi + LMG is a solid stack, can't see why straight decca would be any different.
 
Should be a good run superbeast668 deca is extremely versatile.
 
That's what I was thinking. I was gonna grab Winn but my guys is spendy. Caz and tygas company they rep for has a screaming deal going, figured just price alone it's worth it.

Ok guys carpet is going in the basement as I type!!! Back to lifting iron on Monday :) I may drag my treadmill downstairs and start hitting cardio for the next 2 days to get back into things.. It's been 6 weeks and I'm ready to kill ish again..

Forgot to say .... The last basement pics looked great. Nice accomplishment. It will look good with a weight bench in it some where. :)

That's what I'm afraid of !! Lol how's the aggression on SD?? Cause Super DMZ made me a raging lunatic back in the day. Won't take it again..

Nothing I couldn't handle. Only the lethargy was a bitch.....on 30mg a day. 10mg for 6 weeks is also an option.

20mg may just be the sweet spot along with the other goodies:)

I was thinking 10mg for six weeks as well ;) may start there a see how it goes. Also I could run everything for 6 weeks too ;)

For recomp 6 weeks , 10mg along with the rest should be very sweet.

Quick , watery gains....20 -30mg for 4 weeks. (For this purpose better than dianabol)

As far as Osta i would't take it while on those others I would take it in the PCT / Bridge. From what I understand there is a decent bit of receptor competition between the SARMS and the Anabolics so not sure that it is truly any more beneficial to take the SARMs while on.

Drop a low dose Max-LMG on it and your joints will love you, hit it with 50mg per day and those joints won't dry out at all. Sure you hold a little water during the run but it falls right off when you stop the LMG.

Alright guys just need to hang the TV, put up some closet doors and get some furniture. And yes that's my son rolling on the new carpet!!! Lol
