BodyFat Breakthrough with Level II (by Formutech)

Going to see if Winn Dixie has cocoa powder.

Ohhh. It's COCOA. lol

This is going to be yummy.

Final cals for today: 2,594, 267p/244c/70f and 48 fibers. Thank you, ice cream.

Invalid Link Removed

I went for a little higher cals tonight but still in my cut-zone, just short of my personally set max.

I lold pretty good at this

Trying it now with my almond/protein shake. 1 tsp in 1.5c. Not bad.

I'll try adding some to my morning yogurt too. About how much do you add?

I made the mistake of sampling it yesterday with nothing. Gross!

So tired! Last 0330 wake up this week. Could've used an off day, but I'd rather use it on a day I can sleep longer.

I may take the next two off and aim for 2,100 cals. I have to go re-up on chicken from SAMs Sunday, so a pizza slice may be in order too.

Morning weight: 193.6

My stomach is gassy/achy this morning though.

Maybe it's wishful thinking, but I'm pretty sure I notice some leaning out in the upper abdominal area:

About that much is good, with splenda of course. A little bit of vanilla extract is nice too

Def looking good broski. Tris are poppin! Pecs are coming up nice and midsection is tighter every time a see a new pic of you. You've made quite the transformation dude!

From fat to fit! Lol I still remember a few years back when I was 240 and 120% body fat. That's right 120% because I was probably eating when I got my measurement done. Lol!!

Thanks Swanks!

Absolutely see changes! Chest, tris and upper ab area for sure are more defined. Hard to loose stomach area is better as well. Keep cranking it!

Thanks brother! I'll be at it as long as it takes!

Just took my second dose. I'll update my WO later on, I need to try and catch up on a little work.

I also sense there may be a minor cold coming on again. I hope not.

Hit up some Airborne to kill that cold.

Third cap, second dose of the day down. I took this one with a cup of coffee. They mixed very well together.

My travel tupperware is empty (of Level II). I need to see how many I have left at the house. I know there are some, I just usually dump pills into my tupperware to carry around.

Notes:

I seemed to have caught my second wind right near the end. Makes me wonder if my weak-week has been all mental. I’ll probably hit something tomorrow then take Sunday off because wife is working tomorrow.

Speaking of wife, she says I’ve been spending too much time on my phone. She has a point. Especially since I’ve been gone the last few weekends. So, I’ll be spending a little less time here on evenings and weekends. I can always update meals at 0330 and workouts at work. Can’t neglect the wife, ya’ know.

yeah I get yelled at all the time too, between this and playing clash of clans. lol

No workout this weekend. Will update my eats and dosing in the AM. As if right now I have 6 caps left. Not sure if I'll take another (second) today or save them for tomorrow and Tuesday.

Getting ready to prep my food for the week and put together my workouts.

Have a great Sunday brother!!

That's hilarious! My wife is the same way

I can't blame her though. I do spend a lot of time adding calories, setting up my gym routines, etc.

Weekend eats-

Fri: 2,457 272/194c/73f 48 fibers

Sat: 2,904 226/278/81 29 fibers

Sun: 2,018 157/131/93 28 fibers

Not too bad of a weekend. I probably should've got in some cardio, or maybe and ab day or something. It was nice having the weekend to rest, but I still feel a little tired.

I only took 2 caps Level II Saturday (both morning), and 1 cap in the morning on Sunday.

Saturday's meals included popcorn and nachos because the wife and I went to see a movie.

Sunday I sampled my meal prep as I made it and had some beef jerky and tried a pickled spicy sausage. It was so-so. For lunch I had pork with blue cheese and A1:

(Not letting me upload photos.)

I really could've used that second Level II capsule yesterday. It took everything I had to not eat more. It doesn't help that I have Reese's waiting on me in the cabinet.

The plan is, like I usually do, 2 caps staggered this AM, and one around lunch time.

I'm prepared for chest or legs this morning. I want to do chest, but we'll see if that's possible on a Monday...

Edit:-

Going to change up my pwo meal a little.

1s Choc protein powder in...
1.5c Unsweetened Almond Milk
Coffee xX

1/4c Oats w/ 1/2tsp each cocoa and cinnamon.
1/2 avocado, eaten Intra WO.

Diet stayed tight over the weekend nice job! One day at maintenance, one day over one day under. Very very well done. I struggle a lot on weekends myself.

Thanks man. It's a lot easier keeping the diet tight on weekends when I workout, but I wouldn't say I failed for sure.

I believe everyone should have one or 2 cheat days but of course in moderation.

What movie did you see?

Last cut I upped cals on Wed and Sun. I wanted to see how I did on the weekend (away from the hunting camp) before I added cals Wednesday.

Gravity. It was ok. It was 3D, so that was a plus. My wife really liked it, but we're normally partial to horror movies.

Notes:

PWO-
Adding oats pwo:

A) Doesn't bloat me.
B) Gave me extra energy/strength, I think. I didn't hit any PR's, but I don't think it was a fail based in where I've been during this cut.
C) Dilutes my caffeinated energy. My HR spiked good during my warmup sprints, but never really WO fast enough to keep the HR up/sweat pouring.

Overall, I like the oats PWO. I need less cocoa though.

Because of the dilution in caffeine, tomorrow I'll take a level II right before I step on the treadmill.

I'll pre-post my daily eats here shortly since I'm limiting my afternoon login time. If the cals change I'll update them in the AM.

Anyone having photo issues with Tapatalk?

Two caps going down now!

Still knocking that weight away. Not bad.

Even in pre comp I give my clients cheat meals for both the mental aspect and to ramp the metabolism up. It's not a bad thing at all.

Today my cals will be 2,343: 256/172c/70f and 52 fibers.

I hate when the app goes crazy. Mine does it all the time.

I woke up at 193.0 this morning, and am still seeing more and more of my abdominal area.

I have to organize my workout log still. They are pushing us to finish this project soon, so I've had little down time.

Anyway, I just took my last two capsules. I will still be posting my total daily caloric intake for today, and my weight tomorrow morning with final pictures. I expected to drop more pounds on the scale, but I'll definitetly take the mirror changes over the reverse.

I put together my review and will post it here in a second. As soon as there is an option to post it in the review area, I will...

Energy: 5/5

This isn't the strongest thermo that I've tried, but it is the cleanest-energy thermo for the strength. Even now, over a month into daily use, one cap will give me a pick-me-up. On an energy level alone, a single cap did the trick as my coffee substitute in the afternoons and in the early, early morning before going up in my deer stand. For those that want a big ole energy boost, two caps should be plenty.

Appetite suppression: 6/5
lol

Top-of-the-line appetite suppressant; no joke. I can't add much to this except that it is exceptional here. One or two caps, doesn't matter, I can go hours without feeling like I need anything to eat. Also, I don’t find myself starving when it wears off like other thermos can do.

Duration:

Hmm. Peak energy I’d say 3-4 hours, and peak appetite suppressant 4-6 hours. On the higher end if you take two caps instead of one.

SIDES-

Crash:

I have not noticed any crashes with Level II at all. Because I work out at 0330 I get a little tired around lunch time, but I always have. I could see a crash MAYBE if you’re used to limited-to-no caffeine on a regular basis, but the same could be said about any stimulant, really.

BM:

No changes in my BM.

Sleep:

Level II did not affect my sleep at all. I have taken them as late as 1530-1545 when bedtime is at 2100 and have had no issues sleeping. I probably could take a single capsule of Level II as late as 1700 (5pm) and have no issues.

Attitude:

Level II did not negatively affect my attitude. If anything it helped perk me up a little quicker.

Jitters:

With up to 2 caps at a time, and waiting at least 4 hours before dosing any more, I noticed no jitters.

Again, I am a caffeine junky. If coffee gives you jitters, then Level II might also. I’d equate 1 capsule is probably equal to a strong cup of coffee.
_______

Overall on the product:
5/5

I’m honestly trying to find a reason to give Level II capsules a 9/10 instead, but I can’t. It’s not too weak and it’s not too strong. It doesn’t give me any negative side affects. It suppresses my appetite SUPERBLY, even at one dose. That alone makes it economically effective.

If I could change one thing, it would have to be the color. I hate orange. Damn Gator colors…

I recommend Level II for anyone trying to cut that has any issues trying to limit their hunger, or anyone that wants a clean energy boost without a geekin’ effect.

Great workout. Was limping on my way out. I think I might SS lunges with squats on Saturday...

I'm behind again on my foods. I still have two cups of raw broccoli and 1c black beans to eat before I get home. Thanks, Level II appetite suppression.

I'm going to get my eyes checked this afternoon. My wife thinks I've been squinting too much recently. I guess I'm due, I'm the only person in my family without at least reading glasses.

Pics and weight still to come in the AM, and today's calorie count here soon. If I don't have a thermo log after this next log I'm doing, I will be purchasing more Level II by the end of February. Stuffs too awesome to not take during all cut cycles!

Todays cals will be 2,356, with 272/176/64 with 50g fibers.

I MAY have 3 Hershey kisses to push me over 2,400. If so, add 66 cals and 4.5g fat.

If I could change one thing, it would have to be the color. I hate orange. Damn Gator colors…

I recommend Level II for anyone trying to cut that has any issues trying to limit their hunger, or anyone that wants a clean energy boost without a geekin’ effect.

I love this stuff too. Really glad everyone is really enjoying it. Everything about it is great.

Todays cals will be 2,356, with 272/176/64 with 50g fibers.

I MAY have 3 Hershey kisses to push me over 2,400. If so, add 66 cals and 4.5g fat.

Don't talk about it, be about it. Do it.
