Let's take this up to a whole notha' LEVEL! Level II (sp)

I've got that going on right now. I've been eating a lot of chicken sausage and soups. Probably 2-3x the recommended salt per day. I drink a ton of water but I may start up some potassium today too

aye not too shabby sounds like a tasty diet!

diet is currently:

Breakfast:
50g of protein with 2 table spoons of peanut butter

Snack : Green beans and peas

Lunch: chicken breast, brown rice and a protein shake.

Pre workout :

200g of carbs and 10mg of biotin with one scoop of hemavol

Dinner:

Depends on how I am feeling. lately I have pork chops and rice


things are going well!
 
Today I had an amazing chest workout. weights were mediocre but the pump and feel were through the roof! Looking leaner!

Its been really tasty. I've found these chipotle lime chicken sausages and add them to progress chicken and cheese enchilada soup. Absolutely amazing and only like 500 calories for a whole can of soup and a whole package of sausage

Sounds great I'll have to try this out. Today through some magical power I weighted in at 207 but I'm a lot leaner.

lunch I had a spinach and egg omelet with some toast and bacon

snack I had a bunch of prunes (potassium and fiber)

Nice, 207 is exactly where I'm at right now too. I'm really comfortable right around this 200-210 range

nice! Haha yeah this bottle is lasting me. Today once again started off with coconut oil and my one level two.

Might toss in an AI but eh I'll wait till I'm done with the bottle to keep this accurate.

I have used phentarmine, Ephedrine, and a million other things for **** and giggles , this stuff is great.

No not really i just tend to have rather high estro levels so lowering e3 tends to assist me dieting

Tricks? The cereal? I hear it's not for rabbits, but I feed them it anyways.

Things are going well, I feel ashamed for not giving a full play by play log but to be honest my diet has been crap and I had taken a week or so off from the gym.

Fact of the matter is, Level II, even in a lazy bastard like me, is working quite well. I am impressed as I usually forego all proprietary blend supplements as I tend to be on 100 other things and fear interactions.
Everyone always goes to the ECA stack or clenbuterol when making diet pill comparisons or simple debates.

So far where Level II wins:

No cardiac damage (clenbuterol)
No jitters (both)
No massive attenuation (both)
Appetite suppression (I get hungry on both clen and EC,)
LEGAL
Lasting a while at least with me
I CAN SLEEP (I get restless on clen)
Clen also makes me feel overall terrible which is why I never got past a week on it.
Oh and guess what? No increase in BP or excess increase in resting heart rate

Tested over a three day period upon waking:
BP : 130/80
BP: 123/74
BP: 120/60

resting heart rate always wavering around 60bpm

The absolute LOWEST I have ever gotten my blood pressure was 90/60 with a 51 resting heart rate at 171lbs running 3-11 miles a day and fighting 1-2 hours a day (fight prep)

I suppose the only downside is the lack of clinical testing showing the actual amounts of bodyfat lost in a controlled vs tested group, but it's a supplement, not a pharmaceutical.

Couldn't hit the gym last night, girlfriend had a major family emergency so I did my duty.

Wednesday I felt great, got a heavy lift in and an hour of cardio

Tuesday I did a heavy full body lift
and

Monday I focused on a lot of chest work focusing on power rather than "bodybuilding"

my first fight I cut from 220lbs down to 168lbs.

after that I bulked back up to 190 and since I haven't had the need to exactly lose "weight" I've been hanging around my natural weight

Got down to a 28in waist. Sorry didn't mean to sound like a douche by the way haha.


Anyway today I weighted in at 200lbs even. Looking lean, feeling mean!

Phenomenal, as you know the hardest thing is losing the weight, always seems a little easier to maintain.

Actually was closer to 8 months from the first to the second.

It was an uphill battle, my family likes to sabotage my diets haha


That being said today I came in at 199lbs, looking pretty vascular. Got a very short workout in as I'm coming down with something. Tomorrow will be a full on day, dieting has been pretty damn clean, my dinner consisted of some veggies and tuna as I need to cut back on the calories.


I am noticing however that my feet get really cold when I take 3 pills so I'm going back to one or two.

I hear ya on the uphill battle with dieting. My wife just told me this morning that I HAVE to finish these little sausages because she doesn't want them to go bad. She liked my idea of food prepping for the week, so she now does it it for her and kiddo with whatever they're eating. Then, when they don't eat it I have to. Sheesh. Makes dieting hard.

Hahaha! That's funny. I'm part hispanic so any time I would start leaning out my mother would decide to cook me a heart stopping meal or pastry.

Definitely sucks, wife and I had a bad bug a few weeks back. Vomitting first day then maybe a week before stomach was solid. Was a good way to detox my system from any and all supps.

Feeling alright, thanks for asking, started the day off with 3 Lvl II pills haha.

Yesterday was an odd day, I took my normal doses of lvl II but I had a wake to go to and really didn't eat the whole day. Had some glyco chews stashed in my pocket but by the time I got home, I was too tired and just passed out.

I usually eat a crap load when I get sick but lvl II is keeping my appetite down haha.

hahaha I've noticed the energy lasts me pretty much the entire day, so I just take most of my dose in the AM then have a pre-workout around 9pm when I lift.

That's about the same amount of sleep I get, around 5 hours or so. I'm asleep around 1030 most nights up at 345

I'm too old for that. I try and fall asleep between 9-9:30, up at 0330. 8:45pm on a good day. :)

Could be unresolved BM or water possibly. But the mirror is what counts. How many pounds are you up?

Yeah, I can attest to this. Initially I was having difficulty working out, as I'm quite sensitive to yohimbe, and yet when I attenuated to it my body began to respond rather well.

Interesting..increase in weight......do tell......

I kept my diet around 2300-2500 calories towards the end. The appetite was under control, I just tend to up my calories a bit to lose weight. Never understood it, I just know my system functions better.

I've lost little also, but look way leaner. I too need a stime break. lol
