I'm planning on picking some up seeing how it's $15 on NP. I currently have 3 tubs of Alphamine and some Alpha-T2. I plan using the following dosing scheme:

Normal days:
2 scoops Alphamine + 1 Alpha-T2 fasted in the morning with breakfast few hours later
1 scoop Alphamine + 2 Alpha-T2 in the afternoon

Workout days:
1 scoop Alphamine + 2 Alpha-T2 fasted in the morning with breakfast few hours later
2 scoops Alphamine + 1 Alpha-T2 in the afternoon preworkout

How would F95 fit into this stack? 50mg every time I take Alphamine + Alpha T2? How long should I run F95 for?

25-50mg (up to 75-125mg per day) of Forskolin with your Alphamine and AT2 doses. Recommended to run for 12 weeks to get maximum benefits.

perfect
will be running this shortly with Erase Pro, Forskolin, Select, Amino IV

Thanks for the feedback.

Im taking 100mg forskolin 95%. Is there any better benefits above 100mg?

Some note slight differences at 125mg. But honestly, 100mg seems to be the sweet spot for most.

how do you guys dose that high? do you wear Depends 24/7? Take Immodium??
I'm at 25mg twice daily and still have the firehose effect going on nearly every day. I'm scared to go higher for fear of not being able to hold it in until I make it to the restroom lol

I guess some people can just run that high. Im not sure if its the forskolin or the AI sports cycle support im taking thats causing orange tinted stool.

Is it still beneficial to dose with food? It seems like my stomach get "less" upset when I dose with food instead of empty...

Never had any GI issues with it, actually. My first dose I believe was 75mg, then 100mg

Different strokes, for different folks

If it bothers you empty stomach but not when you take it with food the I would dose with food. :)

I've been on f95 100mg spread throughout the day for 5 weeks and can say it's made me regular to say the least lol!

Honestly, if you are getting side effects that severe from 50mg forskolin 95 per day, forskolin might not be a good supplement for you. Most people don't get sides from the 95% version even as high as 100mg (or more). It was specifically made at 95% purity to combat the GI side effects that the older 10% and 20% extracts were giving people. Forskolin, especially at low percent extracts, can (but doesn't always) draw excess water into the bowels (not sure of the exact method, but MrCooper explained it in detail in at least one other thread). This usually gets better with time, at least to an extent, but if you have been taking the 95% for a little while and are getting sides that are intolerable, you might just be one of the unlucky ones who are not able to tolerate forskolin. It happens to all of us with one supplement or another. If the sides are bad but you still want to continue with forskolin, just make sure not to switch to a lower percentage extract, as they [apparently] cause a much stronger 'firehose effect.' If you are not currently using the 95%, then you could try switching to the 95% to combat the side effects you mentioned. Hope you get some relief from those problems soon, one way or another (I got that from DAA when I dosed it all at once and can definitely relate to the disruption it causes)!

Best,
Tyler

This is a somewhat unrelated question, but will dosing F95 + Alphamine + Alpha-T2 fasted first thing in the morning, without food for another few hours be detrimental or beneficial?

Nah man. That is a great cutting stack. Right now im cutting with alphamine, c bolic(forskolin 95%), agmatine, and ALCAR. Im adding in EP in 3 weeks. Yea but forskolin added to any cutting stack makes it better. It has great benefits for body recomp.

Should work out great. I've done that quite often with that combo before.

Forskolin works synergistically with these products as they are B-agonists, stacking them will be great

Is Better Body Sports C-Bolic just as good as SS Forskolin 95?

Well, the weird thing is that C Bolic used to have the Sabinsa label on their bottle, but they no longer do that so I stopped buying it just for that reason and just stuck with Analyzed Supplements.

I can't speak for BBS quality as I've never used any of their products, but it should be equally as effective. I'd save yourself the extra $5 or so bucks and just go with what's trusted in AS

Agreed

Its odd, DAA and all the various GDA's that would tear others up never bothered me. But the forskolin does, granted it has been getting better. Now its about every other day. And yes I've been using AS 95%. I've been using it on a cut for the past two weeks and its making a noticeable difference so far.

Yeah I hear ya. I have IBS so random stuff will make my stomach get tied in knots (just training hard will sometimes leave me feeling like you feel after forskolin dosing, if you catch my drift). I was super nervous about taking 20% forskolin, but I tolerated it with zero issues at 50mg, and then 100mg, so I guess I got lucky. GDAs also generally haven't caused any problems, but ironically one of the most renowned supplements, Na-R-ALA, caused severe heartburn and stomach cramping and I had to stop dosing it, despite the fact that almost everyone tolerates it well and gets huge benefits from taking it. I have no idea what went wrong, but everyone's different so we have to listen to our bodies. Glad to hear your forskolin reaction has been getting better! Hopefully it will continue to improve!

Best,
Tyler

Not all diarrhea is created equal. The GDAs/DAA induce osmotic diarrhea; forskolin is unique in that it induces secretory diarrhea

is dosing in the late evening/before bed recommended?

You can do that. When I dose it I prefer morning and pre-workout, but if I am dosing high enough I'll also get one dose in late/pre-bed.
