Yeah you should hear when I walk. The bike cardio last night all I could feel from hips down was cruuuuunch. I sound like a pile of leaves and branches frozen from a frost getting danced on by a squirrel.

This morning was day 2 of the full body workouts

AM Workout

Chins (warm up on lat pull down) 120x15, 165x10, Chins BW x12+3 > Chin Grip Lat Pull 180x3+3+3+3 = 15 - Man I was toasted by the end the 3rd rep was more or less a partial.

HS Incline Bench 45x15, 90x15 135x12+3+3+3+2+2+2 = 15 kept these slower and concentrated on the feeling of the contraction.

Wide Grip Machine Rows - 100x15, 175x11+3+3+3+3+3=15 - Man these had my entire upper back engaged and swollen!

Neutral Grip Front Military Press - 85x15, 145x12+3+3+3+3+3 = 15 - Front delts were lit up! Full and vascular!

Leg Extension 85x15, 150x15, 190x12+3+3+3+3+3 = 15 - Man my quads were on fire contraction was supreme! Knees gave out and buckled me right after. Doing them before leg press definitely took a toll on my leg press weight but legs are smashed!

Leg Press - 550x12, 820x12+3+3+3 calf cramped up something horrible so I stopped here and called it a morning.

Tonight will be EZ Bar Curls, Dips, Wide Grip Upright Rows and Rear Delt Swings

- went all the way down paused then exploded up. Last set finished with ISO holds (as best I could by myself)

Last night I didn't feel like going into the garage for arms and shoulders so I did a workout inside with a 15 lb medicine ball. All in all over 150 curls per arm 120 triceps push ups, 100 overhead triceps extension, 100 front raise and squeezes, and over 100 rear delt / lateral raise combination swings per side. What i didn't have in weight I made up for with no rest and basically burnout sets in rapid succession. Well my muscles were pretty much full of blood, everything pumped and burning with lactic acid. It was a great workout and I could tell by how amped up I was for a while after that it really got my metabolism revved up.
 

Skanks Love D*#k Licking - this is a strong excercise for me. It appears Bean as well. I can't believe he got that many reps tho - I usually get one.

4 wheels is heavy man. At least, for me it is. I think I've only ever done it without a belt once; I pretty much need to have my stuff together & ready to bring it to get under 4pps or heavier if I wanna finish the rep.

I still lift raw minus straps. I have a video when I can figure out how to upload. I picked my form apart already. Dipped hips and slight rounded back but it looked like I had another 50. Broke floor easy.

Lol I'm sorry - I thought we were talking squats; misread your post. FAIL. Not gonna lie, this changes my previous comments. I always pull 405 unbelted. It's a percentage game for me, & mental - I know that belt is worth a lot on my pull, so I save it until it gets really heavy for me. But I'm a weirdo with big strong glutes & deads are my thing.

I mis read you as well. I did also squat 4pps this evening. :-). Fully raw. No sleeves or belt.

It was a slow grind of a rep. Saw my spotter move into position when I broke the hole because I stalled... I started a loud long exhale/don't fukin touch me grunt locked out fell into the rack and was totally STOKED.

Nice! Like I said, only done that once - I pretty much always belt up & 4+ (if not sooner).

You're doing too much volume before a true PR attempt - you can do additional work after the PR is set, but leading up to it is simply minimal volume to prime the nervous system. Cut the 275 & 315 to 3 reps each & drop the 365 & 385 singles in place of a 375 - 30lbs isn't too big a percentage jump here. We just cut 4 moderately heavy reps & a heavy single out before your max attempt while actually keeping you warmer since you'll get to the PR several minutes sooner by dropping a set.

I know you bench 85 more lbs than me lol, but I've found this to be key if I want a chance of setting a PR on any lift - absolute minimum volume before an attempt, besides like barweight warmups at the very start. Deadlift is especially sensitive - it already takes like 30 min to get to a PR attempt on dead, no joke. Deads are seriously 8 min rest before a true max - 8 min is 98% ATP recovery, which is as good as you're gonna get. 4 min 30 sec is 95-6%, which is why you hear 5 min rest before a max attempt so often.

Wasn't as much a max attempt as a heavy day.. Never been a fan of going to max out. Lose a good lift day. Just wanted to see a 4 wheel single. It'll happen! Give it a week or two. I got this.

I think I got this if not it is going to be very close. Things are really tightening up this past week. I feel I am about 10-12 perfect days away from my goal with 15-20 days to go. So I just keep telling myself to keep my eyes on the prize and don't sabotage myself. Lets hope I am right.
 
Day three no training. I'm up but literally have nothing in the tank. Sinuses are a bit better but still feel like garbage. I hope this shyt passes soon only three weeks left and I've dropped 5 lbs since Friday. I ate ok this weekend. Mostly was trying to get cals in but that has been a chore.

Sore throat is gone, aches are pretty much gone, just have zero energy.

It's def going around. I kicked it around half way through last week and smashed PRs. Get a day off from work, wrap in blankets sleep, sweat, drink water, sweat some more and then sleep. It helps
 
I'm going on four weeks of this head cold. Stuffed up and coughing. Shyt just won't go away lol.
 
Id love to call in sick but **** just doesn't fly at my work. I've been living in my basement trying to not get my prego wifey sick. I'm going in tomorrow regardless. This is ridiculous lol
 
Man am I tired today... woke up with lead running through my veins, everything felt heavy.

Have a lift to do tonight since I didn't get in there this morning. Should be pretty good just get it knocked out then add in a little cardio. I have one more day on the Barbarian-FX Mass then I will put up a review on that. I would say that so far it has been a successful run. Definitely leaner and larger than when I started it. Just gotta finish out the last 2.5 weeks of this challenge just right and I should be sporting my 6 pack.

Yesterday I ended up having too much fat it more or less replaced some of the protein and I need to make sure that doesn't happen again if I want to seal the deal. Nothing too major just not part of the plan so I don't need to be messing with it.

I definitely do not plan on it. I am so close right now I feel like I would have to mess up to miss my mark. However there is still room for mistakes so I have to remain vigilante. We are definitely so close to then end I can taste it. Definitely excited to reach the end and have a little fun. Oh yeah this weekend is my 41st birthday so I will be having my Birthday party with cake and what not but that will be the only free meal I get for the rest of this run, and that will be after I go to the gym so most of it should land in the right place.
