Hey Dave, I wanted to get your opinion on IGF1-LR3. Slin is out of the question for me, but I was considering IGF1. Do you know much about it?
Yeah I experimented with it a long time ago... in my shoulders and quads (wierd they got so big all of a sudden). It is a long term thing meaning the gains aren't fast because you are going for hypersplasia instead of hypertrophy. The new muscle celks need time to mature then grow. You see results in lagging parts as early as 2 months but I saw it about 6 months down the road. I would do it precycle or during post cycle. So that the timing is set that 2-3 months after IGF stops you are hitting a highly anabolic cycle to force those new cells to grow.
