Hey Everyone
I'm going to be starting an RPN Havoc Cycle here in the coming weeks. I am looking for advice on pre-cycle supplements, cycle supplements, and PCT. Also, anyo other advice you would like to share.
I have made up my mind to take this supplement, so please don't waste your time telling me not to.
I am 25 years old. Thin at 122 lbs.
My goal is to gain lean muscle mass. My target weight is 140, although I do not expect to gain a full 18 lbs on this cycle alone.
This is my plan:
Pre-Cycle For 1 Week:
Milk Thistle, Liv 52, Creatine, Vitamins, Fish Oil, Calcium, Joint Support, and a lot of water and protein
Cycle By Week:
Havoc 20/30/30/30/40/40
Milk Thistle, Liv 52, Creatine, Vitamins, Fish Oil, Calcium, Joint Support, a lot of water, a lot of protein (I am going to try to consume at least 60g of protein a day)
Plan on going to the gym 5 days a week and working hard. No alcohol.
PCT:
THIS is where I really need advice. I don't want to use any products that require a prescription, it's all gotta be over-the-counter or something I can buy online.
I have some experience with Havoc. I did a quick 3 week cycle 2 years ago and loved the results. I felt powerful and gained 4 lbs of muscle. BUT I was young and stupid, I was partying a lot in college and lost focus of my goals. Back pumps got bad and I stopped.
I'm ready to do it again, with maturity. I will update my results here on the forum... maybe photos.
