I am 59 yo, 5'10'', 14% bf and have genetically inherited gyno. It came on at 13 yo. My gyno is now stroma tissue with fat cells intertwined in the stroma matrix. I can understand not being able to address the stroma tissue without surgery, but would like to get at the fat. If epistane attaches to estrogen sites in breast tissue, might I expect some fat reduction to reduce my man-boobs a bit? I am considering a low dose at 10mg/day for 8 weeks. I will be 60 in April and would love to be tighter by then.

But if you ran it at a proper dose(a cycle) and dropped your calories by 400 a day, cycling your carbs mainly on lifting days, added in sprints 3 times a week, and low intensity long distance cardio another 3 days a week, and doubled your chest training intensity, volume, and frequency during the cycle,, , you will lower your bodyfat and build some better size/shape to your chest. Both will help in your quest to get those nipples appearing smaller. You could also crush your estrogen with some Letro before,during,and after the cycle. I don't believe in total gyno reversal but damn if I haven't seen dozens of photographic instances where it appears to have worked very well.

Solid advice. Thanks. Here's what I do now: Strength Training, light cardio the next day, intense cardio the third day and repeat that cycle. When I was 40ish , I was 8% bf and the nubs were not as noticeable.

At this point I am not going to say anything is bad. What I take from Matthersby is a sense of intensity. I am just thankful that someone will offer an opinion. What are your thoughts or do you know someone who may be wise in this area?

Why not start with a -200 calories and start there? No sense in adding in more variables / doing more things than you need. doing more isn't always better or smart

At this point in my life when I reduce calories I lose lean tissue. I am at 2200 cal/day now. I appreciate your thought process.
 
Hey GPoop, drastic times call for drastic measures. maybe I am too enthusiastic sometimes but I wish I could destroy all gyno. You are probably right, but that's how I honestly would tackle it. Maybe do 3-4 cardio sessions and see if that's enough. What about TRT?

I have the test of a 45 year old at 60. TRT has inherent gyno danger compared with epistane.

If u insist on ph route.

I'd say H-drol hands down. Easy on sides, usually gives people great size and unless ur lazy or have a terrible diet, the fat on ur abs will experience a marked improvement under a pinch test.

I like it. Its my go to ph for size now. It outperformed SD in a multitude of ways and the majority of the gains were kept with ease. I'd also say take lots of fish oils and run it atleast 5 weeks but no more than 6 weeks is necessary.

I like hdrol as well. I kept my diet as clean as could be and ate 1000 kcals over maintenance and lost a bit of bf and gained 25 lbs. Amazing hormone for what it is. I kept everything in pct as well.

Thanks for the insight. How is hdrol on the joints? My epistane run last September had like tin man needing oil.
 
I didn't have any joint problems on helladrol. Only sides I had were sometimes a headache and lower back pumps

What did you run with it on cycle and use for pct? How hard were you shut down? If not too personal, how bad was the shrinkage? How was your recovery?

I did not get shut down at all and no shrinkage. I gained 25lbs abouts. I ran cycle assist, 6 caps fish oil (about). Recovery was splendid! I ran nolva at 20/20/10/10 with daa and erase and felt great!

I ran my cycle 75mg x 5 weeks as well. I ran stanodrol at 900-1100mg with my helladrol dosages. My cycle assist was dosed 4 hours after helladrol dosages.

I responded very well to that compound and was surprised I didn't get shut down.

I would say be careful and listen to your body. I was very analytic about dosing and dosing timed and my diet was on point/clean.
