Was in the gym today with some students. Had to show them a little how it'a done;) Incline dumbbell press 40kg x 15 40kg x 13 Incline dumbbell fly 26 kg x 12+ 2 x press 24kg x 11 + 3 x press Machine chest press 100kg x 16 100kg x 14 Dips 3 sets 16, 13, 12 reps Pull ups 3 sets 12, 10, 9 reps Barbell ab roll outs 3 sets First from toes, back on the knees Other 2 sets on the knees:( had a sweet pump going on!!! Have a nice weekend gents.

Looks like a good lift there. I love showing the lil ones how it's done.

When I first looked at the forum, I thought I was pretty weak...until I realised everybody put their weights in lbs;)

What's your job?

First thing that comes to mind with a job that involves rings is sex shop. He works at a sex shop.

My mind is the gutter.

All of my gym teachers were huge in Middle School and High School. Extremely smart as well. Different breed man, they were always on point and great examples. I had a lot of experienced and knowledgable role models around me when I first started lifting.

Try to be the best example....

Not a lot of people now it, but in holland you at least have to be a bachelor degree to give p.e.
 
Legs....

My gym is still closed. Worked out at a new gym in Rotterdam.

They have the new precor line....have to say...it sucks:(

Leg press, leg extension and seated leg curl are much worse than the old line.

Anyway, here is the work out:

Leg press
3 sets narrow stance
3 sets wide stance

Leg extension
4 sets

Seated leg curl
4sets

Stiff leg deadlifts, dumbbells
3 sets

Sort of Donkey calf machine
4sets
 
2 of my teachers had phd's. They also taught advanced health college courses to people on the side. One teacher was an ex Philadelphia flyer hockey player. Best role models haha, set the standard!
 
Gym is finally open again....

Have to say....some pretty good adjustments.

Free weights/plate loaded room is bigger and more open than it used to be.

Still mossing some benches and some extra dumbbells....but they will soon be there.

Precor plate loade machines are actually pretty good....not all....but most are.

Think I ate my total daily protein in take in 1 meal:)

Hot plate....ate 600 grams of meat, maybe more.....holy shyt.

Ate with friends, ...me and a buddy just had to finish all the meat.

Ha! Nice. I planned for 9oz of turkey last night but think I only made it to about half that.

I've eaten so many frocking carbs. I swear my family is horrible for food on holidays. Minimal protein ridiculous carbs. Gonna have to keep it under 100 for a week or two.
