How's it going brother? I managed to force myself to the gym late last night and had a brutal workout starting with a back workout, then reverse grip flat bench for many sets, then on to arms while doing a circuit with legs (split squats), upper/lower...almost threw up haha.. The motivation is back.
I wanted to ask people in here...with the crazy weather the US has been having, has anyone had old injuries causing pains again recently? I hurt my back carrying by 110 pound dog up 4 flights of stairs a year ago when he hurt is leg. I trained fine in the summer without it bothering me, then out of the blue, it started hurting during this whole 'polar vortex' business. Is it something I should get looked at (i.e.: MRI?)
