Help me on my Journey - Stacks for 2014!

For 2014 my main goal ill be striving for is to break the barrier and get in my best shape ever. Im in a situation where i have a lot of free time to dedicate to training and eating to grow.

Im managed to also accumulate a nice supplement stash that i need to put to use. I will be putting up a blog/forum log and documenting each of the stacks i do.

Im at 210 at around 22% BF.

Here are my planned stacks for the year

4 weeks (cut)
Alphamine + AAV2

4 weeks (cut)
Dexaprine XR + DCP original

2 week off of supplements

4 Weeks
Alphamine + Alpha T2 + Lean Xtreme + 1tablet Forskolin 95 (cut)

4 Weeks
Anabeta Elite + Xgels + GMS + Alcar-500 (lean bulk)

4 Weeks (cut)
ECA Stack + Forskolin-95 100mg + Reduct XT

4 Weeks (cut)
ECA Stack + Decimate + Reduce Xt

Basics:
Creatine
BCAA
Protein Whey/Casein


Do i have all the bases covered?
 
What are you planning on doing for training and diet? You have quite a few cutting stacks there and they all seem like you've done your research. At the end of this you'll have a pretty good idea what works for you and what you should use after this. Looking forward to your log!
 
thats a lot of supplements, not sure 4 weeks of lean bulk will really do much in the center of 22 weeks of cutting

i'd either lean bulk at the beginning or the end, however diet and training will be the most important aspect here, the supplements will help assuming your doing everything else properly

Totally agree here.

At your current bf I would go on an extended cut. Slow steady progress.

When the bf reaches what you decided is a suitable level THEN bulk slowly and smartly.

The rebound effect after a cut is amazing when trying to add quality size, so dipping low into the bf stores for a while would be your best bet here.
 
Gotta agree with the guys here, Doing a clean, slow bulk after a long cut will be a great option. Don't throw that in the middle, it'll be wasted.

Should of included diet since this would make a huge difference.

Im taking a long haul approach on this cutting plan and wont be disastrously cutting calories. I dont plan on cutting a large amount of calories till the last 8 weeks. For example my first 4 week cut the only difference will be an additional 10 minutes of cardio and high rep workouts with lower intensity.

Im not sure doing an additional 10 minutes of cardio and eating an average of 2700 calories is really considered a cut.

My current calories are as follow
Workout Day
2700 Calories: 280g Carbs 250g Protein 65g Fats

Refeed (Leg Day)
3200 Calories: 400g Carbs 250g Protein 75g Fats

Off Day
2200 Calories: 140g Carbs 280g Protein 55g Fats

I've done hardcore ketogenic diet and switched over to eating more carbs and the results have been amazing.

I will monitor my weight each week and make adjustments according to the numbers. Using data & analytics =) im quite the nerd?

Adjustments In Small Increments
Adjusting macros (15g)
Lowering Calories (100)
Increasing Cardio (10minutes)
HIT Cardio
 
while I do agree with the notion of bulking after... I will say that a week or two of slight over feeding would likely result in a nice reset of your bmr
which will be quite low after 10 weeks of dieting.. it might actually help you achieve a little better end result than if you just diet strait for 20 weeks.

I totally agree. After each 4 to 8 week Cut i will increase calories and reduce cardio to reset my body.
 
I think the plan looks pretty good to me. It looks like 14 weeks of cutting before you do that small bulk. I see no issue with taking some time off from the cutting of calories, if even just to get a change of pace and refresh yourself mentally. The slow approach is awesome IMO and I good choice.

Only issue I see is possibly the ECA with Decimate. Is that the old or new Decimate (powder or caps)?

Have you tried dexaprine xr yet? Watch out, **** is strong as hell, start out with .25-.5 caps.

Also, are you planning on using the newest lean xtreme? Cause Reduce XT is a superior product for lowering cortisol IMO.

this statement is approved... and accurate. dex is made with patented and fully dosed ingredients.

This will be my first time using dexaprine but i will be assessing my tolerance. I will be dosing 1/3 / 1/2 a pill.

Main reason for going with the lean xtreme vs reduce xt is i have it readily available in my current supplement stash. Now if a kind & giving company would give me bottle or two of reduce xt to try i would definitely would switch it out.

Im getting some nice newbie gains right now which is making me debate if i should do a recomp instead of the multiple cuts.

Tired of looking soft though....

Decimate Amplified looks tempting.

Looks great man.

Can add aav2 to the second cut stack bro as well

And to th last 8 weeks as well

Sales coming up on it to for about 20/unit. It has the same amount in a full days serving of alpha y as alpha burn

So that's about 90mg/day and my raws came out to 36% extract
 
good to see your willing to start slow with the dexaprine xr, a few ppl i know didn't listen and thought they were tough guys and girls and went full dose, they couldn't hang.....then they listened to me

I would also look into ArA when you bulk....or cut. very versatile.

Better in a bulk.

Definitely better for lowering cortisol than the current version.
