I hear you. Got too avid tonight deadlifting & really aggravated my old injury. Pulled that 4th rep with crappy form when I should have stopped after 3. I need to wise up; I can't keep busting stuff up so bad if I wanna be doing this in 20 years still.

That's crazy it's been that long since your show; time flies. You stayed on for a while after it, then had pct, & 6wks out from that?? Feels like it was yesterday I saw every single vein on your body shrinkwrapped to your frame lol

Haven't even tried the reformulated version yet.
This is my 2nd tub and by far my favorite. 1/4-1/2 scoop is perfect and lasts a very long time. Quite economical really.

Yeah a scoop and a half is the most I've taken of the new version.....slept longer then I should have lol :) Think I slept almost 11 hours? I can't remember when I dosed of but it was shortly after I posted here. Feeling good though. Had I slept any less I would be groggy no doubt.

One slightly below level scoop its my normal dose.

I think you will enjoy the new flavoring immensely
even if you didn't mind the old flavoring, there is no comparison between the two ..
this one is actually enjoyable to savor ;)

Since we are on the same level regarding the old G8, I will tell you that the new one is leaps and bounds better tasting than the old one and I didn't mind the old flavor either.

It's a perfect flavor to have before bed, its just a chill mellow flavor. Goes down easy. Tastes like it says "lemon freeze"

Legs – 13 sets week 2:
Lying leg curls – 2-3 warm up sets. I want you to do 3 sets of 10 reps. After the 10 reps, do 10 more
partial reps out of the stretched position on every set. 3 total work sets.

Squats– 2-3 warm up sets. Pyramid up doing sets of 8 reps. Once you get to a weight that you think will be a tough 10, I want you to do that for your first set. Your second set I want you to go heavier and do 8 reps. On your third set, I want you to go heavier and do 6 reps. On all 3 sets I want you to execute a 3 second negative on the descent, on every rep. Go to parallel this week, no need to go below that. 3 total work sets. (Went too light here....thought the negatives would kill the weight but I guess GVT set me up perfectly here.)

Leg press with elitefts™ bands (No bands did 3 second negatives. Also the regular leg press machines were both taken so I had to do them on a Cybex.....350 on that Cybex feels like 700 lol)- Do 1 to 2 sets of low rep warm up. I want you to beat what you did last week. Last week you basically did 3 sets of 8. You may not be as fresh after doing the squats first this week, but PUSH yourself. You can beat what you did last week. I want 3 sets of 8 again, but I want you to do more weight and use the exact same form (place your feet where you are strongest). 3 total work sets.
Use one Pro mini like you did last week on each side.

Heavy dumbbell lunge – Use straps to hold heavy dumbbells. I want you to do these one leg at a time. So step with one leg, and bring trail leg back to even. Then step with the same leg again. Come to a complete stop between each rep to kill momentum. Take 10 steps with one leg, then turn around and take 10 steps coming back with the other leg. I want 2 rounds. 2 total work sets.

I went down to get my mail awhile ago, came back and actually it smells pretty good up in here :yup:
