Giant traps really throw off a physique. That's the one muscle group I try to keep from growing too much. Giant traps make your shoulder width look like sh-t, like a pyramid. If you're just going for straight strength, have at it. I go for perfect physique, so I keep trap growth around medium.

Yes they are. You shrug and hold at top for however long you're going to hold on top. It's still a shrug, lol. How do you suppose your get to the top of the motion without shrugging?

I've looked it up for the first time, proper way to do farmers walks, I've basically been doing a variation on it, LoL.
