I would like to see his updated list. From his list, you can basically ignore #1, vit C from #2, and #8
For an "essential" Top Ten list, I would say eliminate #3 based on our prior conversations (i.e., cost, age, etc.).From his list, you can basically ignore #1, vit C from #2, and #8
Bioavailability. Even with bioperine.Coop, I'm curious why you would eliminate curcumin? From what I have read there are many health benefits when taken at the proper dose and with Bioprene. Thanks.

Will supplementing with a liposomal Vitamin C increase the bio-availability or is regular Vitamin C just as good. I currently use Vitamin C(L-ascorbic acid) 500 mgs with every meal which comes out to 2500 mgs a day.
So what's the verdict on liposomal vitamin c. I use it but it's expensive
I used to dose 500mg Vit. C 1-3x daily but I didn't see any need. I do get what I deem as enough through diet anyways.Supplementation of Vit C overrated if you get in adequete amounts from diet. The higher the dose acutely, the shorter the half life (>1000mg is met with a 30 min half life) comapred to 8-40 days if dosed lower. If you dose regulary and circulating levels go above the physiological range, then the same thing happens.
IMO getting in adequete fruit and veges high in Vit C is enough.

Thanks for the full half life explanation. I eat 4 full serving veggies and fruit daily so I am good. Also props to you & the the rest of the SNS reps for being helpful and not pimping the heck out of your products.
Do you use the Seeking Health brand? How are you dosing it?
