Thanksgiving Poll: keep it clean or all out cheat day

Cutting.......can't......eat........pie.......arggghhhh!
 
My typical Thanksgiving for the past few years is usually do a light lifting session and go for a long run. After that I eat like a pig and pass out on the couch watching the game.

Man that is dedication... If I didn't eat dessert on that day my family would take it as an insult lol
 
I'm going to skip the sweets but I'm going to put all the turkey, stuffing, gravy and greenbean casserole into my body that will fit.
 
my refeeds are on Sunday's. I plan on stuffing my face with turkey Thursday and packing everything I can't have on (potatoes, stuffing, cookies, pie, cranberry sauce, casseroles, etc) in to Tupperware and enjoying everything on Sunday. Win Win
 
It's one day, and usually 1 (albeit giant) meal out of thousands... Lift big before and eat your heart out. Then watch yourself grow!

My gym is closed so I hit it the day before and then sleep in.

We do our family dinner at 3pm and I don't eat all day to stay hungry.

I drink beer like I'm back in college, eat 10 different kinds of appetizers and the usual TG stuff plus we do porterhouse steaks and ham and whatever animals people have shot in the few weeks prior followed by as much pie as I can still fit.

I can't wait.

I will be eating a good portion of the day.
 
Im not big into sweets so I usually don't do pie anyway. But I'm hitting up some extra cardio after lifting today, and tomorrow morning. Then I'm going to eat all the ham and turkey that I can! Then it's back to business as usual
 
my gym's closed which sucks.....when i have gf's and basically have to eat 2 meals i chalk it up as a cheat meal....but this year i'll just eat one meal and even though i'm going to stuff myself most likely, it'll probably be the only meal i eat all day so calories still won't be out of control
 
I'll be kicking my a$$ in the morning before the kids wake up. No point in letting ALL that protein go to waste.

and no matter what day it is, its at most 6 weeks from a holiday! so Americans get plenty of excuses......and it shows!

I will be doing a full workout with HIIT and swimming, so I will be sampling all day.
 
Doing it big not even 6am and prepping got expectations to live up to being a descendent of the Mayflower's first mate

This lol. Just fill up on the stuff my body can actually use. Id probably go int shock if I ate any sugar or artificial stuff, it's been so long...
 
Started the day at 206lbs and after a post meal nap I'm 212lbs....... Dat bulk. Glad I destroyed my shoulders at the gym this morning.
