Diet: Detox this week started today
Right now: 2300 calories a day 6 days cardio 40 min As the weeks go on I drop cardio and add 100 calories about 50-100 per week
Training :
Monday: chest (all incline)/ back (all row)
Tuesday: shoulders (all laterals and uprights)/ arms
Wednesday: glutes/quads
Thursday: abs
Friday: back (all pull downs)/ shoulders (all presses)
Saturday: hams/glutes
Sunday: abs
Trying to keep balance with my body Slowly doing everything.
Calories may stay at 2300 fr 3 weeks while dropping cardio. Cardio will stay in at 30 min 3x a week when all said and done.
Contest was Saturday. Went to town and was back on track yesterday at low calories and keto
Today I start my carb backload diet I try and get 2/3 my fat in and half my protein in meal one. And finish the rest meal 2 Today my cals will stop at 2100 BC I'm unsure about the macros on my roast beef due to 2 different readings in loseit app
